I just went back in and added a few feats that are VERY campaign specific that I skipped last time, plus a section on meta-item feats to make the abuse potential more clear.

The Archery Handbook was already submitted to BG. Should I upload the full version here so we can replace the old one, or can we more directly update the old one?

I'd favor the former, as I can reliably work on it.

Updated version of Maat Mons' Sources of Bonuses to Ability Scores with some missing material added. I've spoken with the original author and they're not interested in maintaining it any more.
