The footsteps reach you and you see the elderly man who took your money and

wearing odd outfits with vaccuum cleaners strapped to their backs.

"Be careful young ones! These are real ghosts!" the woman calls
"If I were you, I'd get out! These buddies may mean business!" The man calls out.

The ghosts do not seem pleased at the presence of these two. The candle in the middle of the room's flame burns brighter, it's flame turning from orange to a bright blue hue.

"Once more unto the breach!" The old man calls out.

"We'll pacify those pesky phantoms permanently!" the woman calls out.

They both flick on their vacuums, they look very perterbed by this, particularly the larger one of the group, A few of the nearby candles actually lose their footing and become sucked into the torrents of air into the vaccuum cleaners. The remaining ghostly candles look put off by the suction.

"What are you doing? Escape while you have the chance!" the man calls out

"Don't be heroes girls!" the woman calls out.

A burst of the candle pokemon wink out with a brief yelp

The remaining ghosts coalesce around the bigger one. Their flames grow brighter, but the room begins getting darker and darker. (visibility is now poor, everyone is at -1 to hit)

The larger ghost in the center glows a forboding purple

As any shred of light disappears from the area around drifloon. it is engulfed in blackness and you hear a shriek and crack in the darkness.

The darkness dispells, Leaving drifloon severely wounded.[Drifloon takes 20 damage unmitigated by defense, special defense, weakness or resistance.]
