I just wanted to share a build I'm using in a current game for general consumption:

Bard 5 / Ur-Priest 2 / War Weaver 3 / Sublime Chord 1 / War Weaver +2 / Mystic Theurge 7

That's getting me the following casting:
Bard 7 (meh)
Ur-Priest 9 (9th level divine, with a bonus spell)
Sublime Chord 10 (9th level arcane)

and three spell lists worth of spells to Weave.
Also:
Bard 1 = 1
Inspire Courage = +1
Song of the Heart = +1
Badge of Valor = +1

Somewhere in the mid-levels, convert to being CG (since there's no "ex Ur-Priests" rules, and you're not gaining any more levels in it past level 7 anyway), and take Words of Creation to Inspire Courage for +8, on top of all the warweavery goodness.
I'll put something here when I think of something witty. For now, this might as well be a sign that reads "post no signs."

Unlike base classes, PrCs have general rules (spelled out in Complete Warrior) that say that if you lose the prerequisites, you lose the PrC's class features, too (everything but HD, BaB, saves, and skill points, I think).

Ah. Well, be that as it may, it's still Inspire Courage +4 and 9/9 casting and Warweavery stuff, even if that rule is in effect.

Third level tapestry spells have displacement and energy aegis on the same line.  Was confusing.

How powerful are Personal Wizard buffs when applied to the party via the tapestry and another ability such as Spellguard?

My experience has only been with a Sorcerer based Warweaver but even that was horrendously effective.  The ease of applying the buffs and the force multiplier of using the buff through the weave to effectively get many castings for the price of one was awesome.

I just noticed that you said Personal buffs, if by that you mean things like Mage armor, Displacement, greater invis, ect... they rock the weave.

"Personal" buffs in this case are personal-only, like fire shield, bite of the wereX, and draconic polymorph.

No mention of Legacy Champion/Uncanny Trickster shenanigans?

EDIT: Also, would it be okay for me to provide a few build stubs for consideration?

Cool

I just finished this a few days back
Keep in mind that I've been out of the CO-environment, and D&D in general, for quite a while, so there might be some oversights...

Here's hoping the formatting isn't too screwed up:

Is Recaster worth it?

Plus Side: Grab Favor of the Martyr for yourself, as well as 5TH LEVEL HEAL (from the Adept List), and hence, Weaveable, even without sanctum spell cheese.  Few if any DMs can really object to this.  Unless they think the Adept class is overpowered.

Minus Side: ANOTHER lost caster level (now putting you behind a straight sorceror), and the loss of a feat, and 1 skill point per level, from not being human.

Seems like a pretty solid build to me, and pretty intuitive.

All the outline links are dead. You'll have to update them to point to this boards.

What about using Sanctum Spell, Legacy Champion, or/and Uncanny Trickster (Cabinet Trickster?) to cast higher level spells through the tapestry?  What spells do you advise then?
