The conversation that is not by the fictional people (OOC)
« on: November 26, 2013, 03:30:05 PM »
Wait, so what's our party currently consist of? I haven't chosen a build, because I'm not sure where I need to fill in.
I've got this list:
Risada: mineral warrior
Zook1shoe: kensai
geniussavant: xenoalchemist
Firesky: wizard with fighter mechanics
Nanshork: Blood king
Xaotiq: provacateur

Here is a preliminary background for Markus:
. . .
I likes.

Awesome, I was hoping you'd like it. Any suggestions for improvement?

Alright, two of the bloodlines I'm considering for Blood King are related to other homebrew so I'm submitting them for approval.

Remnant
Emergent Atrocity

Markus has the ability to graft other characters if they'd wish. That means if you'd like, he can graft your character. DM dependent on the monsters sent our way.

Both look fine.

Edit: Also, I'll be gone for a few days, 'cause Thanksgiving.

Err...yeah.  The lack of a due date meant I got sidetracked.  I'll try to get finished within the next couple of days.

I'm not sure the other 3 realized we moved over here...

I'm also having second thoughts about my choice of class. :-\ Since it seems that Avenging Sevenfold might be dead, what would you think about me taking this guy and modifying him for this campaign? Pretty much just needs a refluff and an extra level...

Alignment might be an issue? Looks okay in general though.

Hmm, I'm having issues picking bloodlines.

Are there any specific roles the party is missing besides just general utility?

Buffing/ battlefield control / healing(I don't mean the in combat waste of time) / problem solving (unless it involves direct melee combat)

I've got buffing. And I can take Æther Probe (basically Detect Magic / Identify) if necessary. And I'm good with Shapesand!

BFC and healing I can't really do, though next level I could get entangling exhalation (or whatever that feat name is) if Quillwraith rules that I can use my bloodlines to qualify for feats and just lose the benefit of the feat if my bloodline level isn't high enough to meet the qualifications.

I don't believe so, but I'm unsure of the builds from a couple of the other posters as I'm not familiar with their classes. Markus would be the opposite of a social character, grafting on various monster parts...

I so rule.

Specifically, I'm a bit concerned about the fact that it says he's NG, but murdered one person and was after another.

Okay, from my class I get three bloodlines from here.  I have decided that I really like Dragon Descendant and Sibling of the Elements though I haven't decided on a lineage for either.

Dragon Descendant will give me a breath weapon soon if not at the start and Sibling of the Elements will give me some energy resistance and a pew-pew ability.

I'm not sure what third bloodline to go after.  Someone want to look at the options and give suggestions?
