Once it's created the GM(s) will be set as moderator(s) of the new board, allowing them to lock, sticky, split and do all those other fun moderator things.

Special Requests
These require a bit more work on our behalf, so make sure you need them before asking.

Sub-Boards
You can request a whole hierarchy of sub-boards within your board if you need them, which can even have varying GMs.

Private Boards
You can request for a board to be private, meaning it only appears to you and your players.
Basically we set up a custom membergroup with you as its moderator, which will give you access to the Moderate tab at the top of the screen. People can apply for your membergroup like any other (Profile->Modify Profile->Group Membership), and you have the power to accept or decline them (you may be alerted of their requests via email, depending on your settings). Or you can add players manually. The board will appear only if you're in the membergroup.

A player's membership of the game membergroup is visible only to them, the group's moderator, and the forum staff. The existence of the membergroup itself, however, is visible to everyone; if you're using one to playtest 5e, don't label it that. :P
We can create membergroups which don't appear in the list if you really want one - send those requests to me via PM. Staff can still see it though, and you have to add players manually since they can't apply.

Oh, and you can have a board "un-privated" at any point. Just ask here.

Retired Games
If a game is dead, post it here (including a link to the board). I'll move it to the Retired Games subsection. In the case of a private game, it will remain private unless the GM requests otherwise.

Games that have not had a post for one year will automatically be retired.
