Thrallherd +2 is icing on the cake.

Technically you need a fester progression for parts of it
to work right. But you could just have enough MLs
via race or [host] feat and ppoints from non-fester investment.

Doing the obvious like Divine Mind 1 still nets next to nothing.
Psi Race + Soulknife 1 + Commoner 2 (skills baby!) + Divine Mind 1 ... into Thrallherd 10.
Could even early qualify with TO-ish massaging.
Makes rather borkt Cheap items of charm/domination, too.
List of Powers is Magicmart + powerstone fodder.

Finish with Storm Disciple 3 or 4 , and go rule the Plane Of Air !
Dr#349 goodies to get Anyspell over as a power.
Linked metapsi + Anyspell = all 2nd level spells quick (oh boy).
Recharge too.

My interpretation of that was: add in the Kyton Chain Devil race
and the Titan Bloodline level 12 ability.
I've no idea what exactly this does.
