Actually, You might want to re-do the wolf's skills. Minimum 1 point per HD, x4 at 1st. Int is so low that it just ends up being HD+3.

The basic hounds, for example, have 3 HD, and thus 6 points. These were put in Perception, and Stealth. 3 points each. Actually, now that I look at it, Perception doesn't seem to have the +1 from Wis mod. Oops.

Your AC has +2 HD, therefor, +2 skill points. It also has +1 Dex. The Str boost doesn't mean anything (odd score). The Dex raises Stealth by 1. You have Athletics raised by 2 and Stealth raised by 2. That's an increase of 4, 1 of which comes from the Dex boost, 2 of which come from Skill Points, with 1 coming from error.

All creatures that live have some small amount of energy within them. This is the energy of the soul. As we grow and develop, so to do our souls. As our souls grow, so does this energy re-enforce the rest of our being. This is why a person who has developed themselves by facing challenges can learn things that eluded them before, and even take blows with minimal injury that would have felled them easily when they were younger.
It should be mentioned that certain forms of attack, such as the strike of a wight, can harm your soul, causing slight loss of some of this development, or even significant loss, in some cases.

A druid’s animal companion is different from a normal animal of its kind in many ways. A druid’s animal companion is superior to a normal animal of its kind and has special powers, as described below.

A 1st-level druid’s companion is completely typical for its kind except as noted below. As a druid advances in level, the animal’s power increases as shown on the table. If a druid releases her companion from service, she may gain a new one by performing a ceremony requiring 24 uninterrupted hours of prayer. This ceremony can also replace an animal companion that has perished.

Basically, the ritual that summons them ties them to your spiritual essence in many ways. Thus why they get weaker if you lose a level. And why they get stronger with you in the first place.

It's cool. I've said elsewhere that RL has decided to dump on me all at once, so for the next week or two, while I might be on, I might not necessarily have the wherewithal to manage long posts.

Yup, I'm* fully expecting someone to shapesand up the appropriate tool, though I could probably use pitons and rope to achieve a similar effect if necessary.

This is pretty much why I didn't just advance under the assumption that people would just jump on in.

Also, I don't know what those other rolls are for, but two out of four being nat ones is some pretty bad odds. I think the local dice roller hates you. That, or just statistics.

Flay's character said he wanted to go first. If not him, I'm happy to (I don't have his stealth abilities but Dragon Senses could be handy.)

If you wanted to post saying "I tell Fina what's happening" you could, or we could take that as a given. I think Venn is busyish at the moment. If so, it'd be easiest for Fina to hang out at Mrs Yanques and come join us at some unspecified and yet convinient later time.
