[3.P] Preventing death and disablement

Is there some fairly easy way to:
- not die when your hp drops below a negative amount equal to your Constitution score
- still be fully capable even when disabled or dying (or rather, preventing your character from becoming disabled or dying even when below positive hp)?
- alternatively, to prevent your character from going below positive hp?
I'm asking because I'm working on homebrewing a feat that gives bonuses based on on your character's missing hp and would like to know some good combos.
Magic is for weaklings.

Delay Death (Cleric 4, Destiny Domain 3) allows you to stay alive regardless of your hp. Diehard (feat) or Beastland Ferocity (Bard 1, Druid 1) let you continue to act while disabled or dying. Delay Death + Beastland Ferocity used to be a fairly standard combo for immortality.

Frenzied Berserkers also get Deathless Frenzy at 4th level, letting them stay alive and keep fighting regardless of hp as long as the frenzy lasts, combining both of the above.

Hide Life makes you into a pseudo Lich that cant die from HP loss, or for that matter anything that says it kills you.

WIth Regeneration, unless the damage is of the special type that bypasses it, you'd still be alive at like -1000 HP.  Find a way to act while in negatives and you're all set.

Hmm... it's slightly different in PF, but still quite potent. (I forget exactly how it worked, but IIRC any damage at all from the element that is anathema to you shuts off your regeneration for a round or something).
I don't pee messages into the snow often , but when I do , it's in Cyrillic with Fake Viagra.  Stay frosty my friends.

Hmm... it's slightly different in PF, but still quite potent. (I forget exactly how it worked, but IIRC any damage at all from the element that is anathema to you shuts off your regeneration for a round or something).

3.5 regeneration: All damage taken is nonlethal except for whatever damage types bypasses the regeneration. Heals X nonlethal damage/round.

Pathfinder regeneration: Can't die. Heals X damage/round. Taking some types of damage disables regeneration for 1 round.
