Blisss claps his hands in delight, sits down next to Ádhúil, and giggles along with him.

Loptr! We have our game of chance!

We can play ‘Guess which one is Ádhúil’!

<<I will sit out your games of chance. For what should, by now, be obvious reasons.>>

Illurien glides slowly around the room from up high, occasionally poking and prodding at the minds within the group in search of other information.

Loptr crouches as if listening intently and says "Very well, I'm ready."

Blisss looks uncertainly back and forth between Joptr and Ádhúil. He clearly doesn’t have much idea about rules, or strategies; it seemed like fun when Ádhúil was appearing all over, popping in and out, but Blisss hasn’t a clue what to do next.

Then he takes the straightforward route, cranes his neck looking all around the clearing for another Ádhúil, and then peers intently at the Ádhúil sitting next to him, waiting for something equally exciting to happen.

Okay, Loptr, I’m ready to play too. I’m going to guess…………….. he’s the one sitting next to me!

But I hope I’m wrong!

I'd rather not play, but I must say, your tricks are impressive, Ádhúil. Hum, anyway, a practical question : the surroundings are quite unsafe. I am sure most of us, seasonned travellers, know how toguard ourselves. But as we are together, it costs us nothing to share guard, as well we share the warm of the fire and the roof of our shelter.
"-Lady-Captain, we detect 20 hostile vessels against us,  and Erasmus Haarlock's Spear of Destiny ! What are your orders ?
-RAMMING SPEED !

final result : 6 slaughts vessels, 4 imperial frigates, 2 imperial cruisers destroyed. Haarlock sent into the warp. 0 losses. Flawless Victory.

Without taking his eyes off Ádhúil, Bliss volunteers excitedly,

I really like watching, there are always things to see and hear moving around, people crackling the ground where they walk, or animals hushing their little ones, or clouds breathing, or leaves rustling in the wind, or trickles of water that tickle, or dancing curtains of lights echoing in the night sky to the north, or even little bugs skating up blades of grass, so I can share guard!

…And I can share being asleep when it’s my turn, if you like to do that, at least I think so… I’m pretty sure I’m doing that right too but it’s hard to tell with my eyes closed,
he adds absently, focused on Ádhúil.

"So you'd trust us all that easily, Misae? How do you know we're not the ones you should be watching out for? After all, we have quite the motley crew here." Loptr says with a grin and a wink.

"Joking aside, I agree that we should share watch, but perhaps we should watch two at a time, with two hour watch times. Two can watch better than one, keep each other awake, and we can all sleep more soundly knowing that someone is watching the watcher.

Since I have no spells to prepare or the like, I will volunteer to take a middle watch, and have my sleep broken up. I must confess that I do not have the keenest eyes and ears, though."

Fwisp looks amused. "Dreams, already for waking night's travel Fwisp is; friends for new time sleep-spent wandering.  Fwisp abides."

Loptr shakes his head like a dog trying to shake water out of his ears and says and says to Fwisp "I think you're saying that you've slept already, and so can take watch all night? Is that right?

I guess you normally sleep during the day and are active at night. Hmm... that might make for and odd partnership with the rest of us, but perhaps convenient."

<<I do not sleep, and so I may also stay up as long as is needed. I do not mind watching, as it is a wonderful way to learn. Whether you trust me to keep watch or not, I will not be sleeping anyhow.>>

Illurien glides back down to floor-level.

Loptr looks at Illurien wordlessly for a moment, then says "Sounds good enough to me. I'm not tired enough for sleep yet, though. Let's talk more about ourselves. After all, we've only just met, and you all seem like very interesting... people."

Sensing a shift in the group’s attention away from a game with Ádhúil, Blisss turns toward the circle of new acquaintances, but he still keeps sneaking peeks at the leprechaun, hoping for something exciting to happen.

Loptr… I guess I don’t have much story to tell, I listen to stories more than tell them. There’s a village a long way from here, near a big frozen river, well, it was frozen and now it’s melted and it’s beautiful. Both ways. With really nice water that’s been practically everywhere. So I lived there with all the children in the village and we played together. Then they started going around to strange places with very different interesting people so I went with them to help them get out of trouble, and learned some more things like that, helping things that I could do just in case. And then I came back to the village, but everyone grew up so I left. And I saw a lot of land and water and sky, and followed the raincloud here. That’s all.

But I like to answer questions, if I can from all those stories, so you can ask anything you want, and I’ll try.

Fwisp… sleep… if Fwisp… daytime does, how travel… together with nightsleepers… can he?
Blisss looks at him uncertainly.

After listening to the stories of his fellow travelers for a couple of hours, and regaling them with tales of his own exploits, Loptr eventually grows tired and lies down on his bedroll.

Fwisp will take second watch, since that's where everyone else will be tiredest.

Since Illurien said she doesn't sleep, Loptr isn't going to worry about taking watch, unless someone wakes him up and asks him to.

This, if someone wakes me ill do a watch but with no darkvision it might be a challenge.
