That's why I don't rely on that thing and instead just have the PbP board bookmarked.

Crap, I didn't see there were posts already here. I'll post my character sheet ASAP.
As for a background, I'm still working on it : I do find many suitable illustrations for a female character, but not for a male. Fourth female character in a row, that's a bit much. :)
Though, currently, I d think I'll use this one...

"-Lady-Captain, we detect 20 hostile vessels against us,  and Erasmus Haarlock's Spear of Destiny ! What are your orders ?
-RAMMING SPEED !

final result : 6 slaughts vessels, 4 imperial frigates, 2 imperial cruisers destroyed. Haarlock sent into the warp. 0 losses. Flawless Victory.

Did we ever actually get a proper roster of who is playing what? I have two different characters prepared depending on what we need.

Closest thing was about early to mid way through the recruiting thread. Here's what sirpercival wrote up:
Quote from: sirpercival
Just to organize, right now we have:

~Osle with a Ghaele divine gish
~Venn with an Illurien (mostly melee? I can't tell)
~Zieg with a TWFighter
~Sam with a TWF sublime shaper
~Harald with a Flamespeaker
~me and littha with who knows
(~schiz with an indigo trickster)
((~fire with a ritual char))

I guess I'll start working up a Thaumaturge/Ritual Mage.
And if Phaedrus makes it in, he's going with that werebadger repo dog character. Seems the actual roster needs a bit of updating, though.

All in all, we've got a lot of melee with some blasting, a dash of divine casting, and a hint of miscellany. What's missing most is traditional casting. sirpercival's thaumaturge/ritual mage has some crowd control spells, but our overall group isn't very diverse in that regard.

Not a lot of submitted character sheets though to see what everyone's completely capable of, it seems.

Well I have a finesse melee build or a theurge-ish caster so if we need spellcasting I guess that is the one to use.

The thaumaturge actually has whatever I want him to have for a given day, and can cast other spells with a Spellcraft check.  So he can actually have whatever BFC spells are on the list at any given time.

...but more casting is always good ;)

Ah, well I stand corrected. I think the main point is to play whatever you'll have fun playing. Spellcasting would be more beneficial, but it's up to you.

It just seems that there are a lot of finesse type melee and I cant see that working properly as a party comp.

Well, my character, for one, can do finesse-style melee, but it's not the main focus really. But yes, the party does have a lot of that going on.

The board application has a list of players, but not characters.
I have a list at home that I'll post friday.

Player:character, race class (role)

Sir Percival: Fwisp, a anthropomorphic bat Thaumaturge/Ritual mage (swiss army caster)
Samnemath: Salamir, a Sublime Shaper (spellshaper gish?)
Firesky: Ritual based char?
Littha:  a Scholar (divine caster)
VennDygrem: Ilurien of myriad glimpses (melee debuffer?/information broker)
Harald: Misae, Joystealer Flamespeaker (buffer/debuffer?)

Schiezek: Thomas, Indigo Trickster (skillmonkey?)
Phaedrusxy: Loptr, a werebadger Nord's blade (tank?)

And Phaedrus, you're in. I can't turn down a repo-badger, after all.

EDIT: Osle left. EDIT: Littha's probably playing a divine caster, Phaedrus isn't a Repo-dog.

I might want to look around for a more interesting homebrew race.

Woo!  :clap

I'd actually been thinking of going with this instead.

Jotun Lion Totem Barbarian 1/Nord's Blade 4/Paragon 3

(click to show/hide)

Some of the Paragon Excellence abilities are hilarious, and I can eventually get fast healing from it. Do I still get in if I choose that one?  :tongue

The Paragon Excellences I'm considering are: Acrobatics (you can climb and jump so well, you basically have a fly speed :P ), Rage (a list of hilariously insane abilities), and Warrior (stacks full paragon levels for initiator level).

The repo-badger build was looking like this, before I started looking at the Paragon PrC:

Arctic Dwarf Nord's Blade 4/Were-badger 3/Repo Dog 1
(click to show/hide)

I found Paragon while digging around for a way to give the repo-badger build fast healing, and then kind of fell in love with the idea of a crazy hero-of-old style character, the likes of the ancient roman demi-gods, Cuchulain, or something like that, and I think you could actually pull that off with the Nord Blade/Barbarian/Paragon combo.

Either way, I'd like to use Nord's Blade for my base class, because it is really funky.

Since his IL is 5 or 6 with either, and he can enter any stance he qualifies for, I will typically be in Thicket of Blades.

Maybe use the repo-badger, but only 2 werebadger levels, then take one in paragon?
I think that fits both ideas in.
As far as rage, hmm...

Furious transformation (general)
Prerequisites: were form.
Benefit: You may choose to transform into animal or hybrid form for a number of rounds equal to your constitution modifier, rather than the normal unlimited duration. If you do so, you count as raging, although you do not gain the normal bonuses and penalties of rage.

I'm trying to PM people stuff their characters know that most people don't, so Illurien and Erin have some info on the factions of Makers that created them (Ruyan and Eld, respectively).

Salamir's background hasn't given me any ideas yet, and Galron seems to be a bit unstable ATM, so I haven't done those yet.

Et hop !
The background is up. Shorter than what I was intented to do, but I hope it will be enough and that it will work.
