Period: Indeed!  Festivals are pretty much the only place you can get it, which is unfortunate.  Yonko would usually bring me some when she went out on pranking expeditions.
Period: Pearl would always get mad at her, though~  I wonder how everyone is doing back home...

With the aid of fans and conveniently placed signage, you can discover the source of the delightful oily aroma.  There is a meowth dual weilding spatulas and ringing people up with his tail.  He looks... rather overworked.

It seems pricy, but...  now that you can smell the batter cooking in oil...

you taste it and to no great surprise, the delicate hot dough and powdered sugar dance in your mouth to a happy melody.  you find it hard to restrain yourself as you notice that period most certainly has not.

with food in your stomachs and the fairgrounds at your back, you head north back towards Brightwing.  The walk is peaceful and quick.  Mercifully, since the Nincada are radiating noise all around the forest path.  It is mid afternoon.
