Well, I'm not sure what the exact wording is but I imagine its something to the effect of "We agree not to have our armies attack each other and pool efforts to build this wall.  Contract will expire when the wall is done and we can confirm we're safe."  With lawyers on both sides trying to find loopholes in the wording so they can get initiative in stabbing each other the first moment they can.

I've never actually done anything with PF before (and Sniper is obviously 3.5), so I'm converting stuff as I find out that it's necessary! (Meaning, if you see something that doesn't jive with PF rules, do tell.)

Don't you also get more feats than in D&D 3.5? How does that work?

Yeah I made my character with 3.5 stuff, I'm not all that worried about a ttranslation of the things that are different on my sheet. Not like I ranked Spot & Listen, just Spot. So I'll just remember to deal with the one when needed.

Cool cool. It also helps that now d20pfsrd is loading correctly. (For a while this afternoon, the table of contents on the left wasn't loading properly, which pushed the actual page content waaaaay down the page. Very annoying...)

Sol, what do you think about having the Human Sniper favored class bonus be some portion of a new Trick Shot, similar to Rogue? If so, should it be 1/6th (which is what Rogues get - basically saying Rogue Talents ~= Trick Shots)?
