The copper does it give quite a different taste, some vampires love it, others not so much it but will still drink it if nothing iron-based is available.True. There’s been no say on what their blood tastes like. :P
Weird, coppery, and not blood-blood in the sense of most animals. Since it's also intramuscular fluid etc.
OK, Nitinol-7 updated with flaws and two more feats. Basically just getting TWF proper and the extra tactical options--shrinking the distance between spaces is probably the best compensation for being... you know, slow and heavily armoured. I almost wonder if I shouldn't have slow the flaw for the comedy of it: don't go fast, just abuse space-warping.Eeerrr, the feat already explicitly says that the new knifes each weight only 1/45 of the original weapon.
Minor note: when you use cutting the Gordian Knot to turn a two-handed weapon into throwing knives, are the knives lighter than normal? Otherwise you suddenly have 45lbs of knife from a much lighter greatsword. :lmao
1) That's the other team.
2) You're making a God? Seriously? I mean, I like the class and all, but it kind of goes against any concept of "not over-optimising" on its own, let alone once you add in a cha-synergising gestalt/other race.
Well, I missed a spot check there. Whoops.
I have to repeat that I'm not sure how relevant languages are going to be. Neither Vampire Lord nor Evolved Undead offer a way to get some sort of Tongues effect despite both being "your unlife is going to be VERY long".

So we're basically ready on this side, aren't we?Kuromaiken's sheet mostly unfinished and Vladeshi may or may not join this team yet.
Well god is stronk yes, but also has a lot of the power comes from moving pieces so it be possible to don't synergize too much and keep whitin the parameters. Will wait for sheet numbers.
I've got everything sorted out, it looks like I'm done. Os, you should probably glance over my sheet but I think I'm ready for a backstory. You don't seem to be packing any basic mundane gear (tools, flint and steel, torches, rope, extra dressesetc), but otherwise your crunch looks fine (really like your new bot team), feel free to work on your fluff.
I forgot to ask this when I was making my character.
Does Melanie start with any corpses? If so how many and of what?
I read "Decus" and suddenly I keep picturing a 40-year-old disillusioned Midoriya Izuku.
Hmmm. At 13 ranks in Disguise, can I get a Familiar I can ride on with Servant Flier? Not that I know of unless you happen to be diminutive/fine.
And can he also look adorable?Of course.
Well, I'm out entirely in the surprise round. So glad that the people who noticed something didn't say.
Wow really? Vampires don't have DR? Dam -_-'As with all things, Vamps pay for their powers in Blood Money.
Those damage numbers were not quite what I was expecting either :lol
So Decus at least saw one enemy before the surprise round and was ready to move out of the way when it charged. Since they all moved simultaneously, would Decus flying into the air above the party have changed the target for the birds?
2nd level battleship seems to be the only choice, given the Eberron one is a fixed cost out of 10th level WBL.
Mostly a shame because controlling that one is a case of profession, Charisma, and charm/dominate monster. A skillset I completely picked up by chance. :lmao
I described a lot of kicking, didn't I? :lol
Didn't even have to Nerveskitter!Yes.
Does Mysterious Ring count as doing physical damage as I'm physically throwing it? :p
I would've used Dark Healing too, because the way it's written now suggests you get FH equal to your HD for 1 blood charge
Too lazy to reroll everything, but I realised that the bonus Pure Metal damage scales. I'll take that into account in future rolls. Also, does that get affected by crits? I assume not.
About what are the creatures positions?
About what are the creatures positions?
A couple Bloody Bulls roughly whitin 30 feet and the two Carmine Eagles roughly 70 feet up above you.
Which reminds me:
Kuroimaken: The Bloody Bulls are colossal sized meaning they have melee reach 30 feet and that's how far away they attacked from. Does Hector has any kind of reach to hit back? If not he'll need to close in and provoke Aoo (unless you have some ability to deny that), and can't full attack unless he has pounce or similar.
Guess I'll focus fire cause they're to spread for AoE. Well unless I want to hit everyone.
So looking up the situation, just replace my previous boost with Demon Lord Walk. I still get to full-attack, just no blood charges for this round save for the ones from Energy Drain.
So...
I'm confused.
Yuwea, are you actually shooting anyone? :lmao
Oh, everything is just in the dice rolling.
Two quick questions:Indeed I don't think there's any official effect that deals profane damage, I just wanted an "evil" counterpart to sacred damage although technically evil clerics deal that too. Anyway it's not negative energy damage.
1) Isn't profane damage technically negative energy damage? I'm probably mixing up the two, but I never saw a "profane" damage type before.
2) This is literally my first time playing undead, what are the differences for me vis-a-vis rolling Fort?Undeads can count as objects and ignore fort stuff that wouldn't affect objects, but if they do affect objects, then you roll just as normal.

Are those penalties area effects or just attacks?
In 3.5 undeads get to add Cha instead of Con for concentration checks but not other stuff. In PF they get to fully use Cha for everything that Con is normally used. Two quick questions:Indeed I don't think there's any official effect that deals profane damage, I just wanted an "evil" counterpart to sacred damage although technically evil clerics deal that too. On 2), I just wasn't sure if I added anything instead of CON bonus, since I obviously haven't got one of those.
Taboo Sign
Diabolic Wave (Counter)
Level: Eternal Royal 1
Initiation Action: Immediate Action
Range: See text
Duration: See text
You may use this Counter when you would be harmed or hindered in any way. You turn into a demonic-looking bat that cannot take actions but is otherwise immune to all harm and ill conditions. This transformation lasts until the start of your next turn.
For each 6 blood charges you spend when using this counter, it lasts another round.
-If you deal a creature enough damage to make it drop (typically by dropping it to below 0 hit points or killing it), you get an immediate, extra thrown attack against another creature within the first range increment. You cannot take a 5-foot step before making this extra attack. The extra attack is with the same type of weapon and at the same bonus as the attack that dropped the previous creature. You can use this ability once per round.
And a question on World in Crimson:If you have a spare weapon of the same type you can use it for the extra attack if you have it, but otherwise the feat doesn't duplicate the weapon, so if you have something more unique then yes you would need to leave it.Quote-If you deal a creature enough damage to make it drop (typically by dropping it to below 0 hit points or killing it), you get an immediate, extra thrown attack against another creature within the first range increment. Does that leave me without a weapon or does it basically duplicate my weapon for the one attack?
That AoE wasn't a spell or maneuver was it? Or I guess the question is can I tell.
Everybody takes3319 profane damage and is deafened for 6 rounds, Fort DC2523 for half (affects objects/undead/constructs) and negates the deafness, -1 penalty on the save for each size category below colossal, and a Will save with DC2624 or be Dazed for 1 round.
WHAT A DAMN TIME FOR A CRITICAL MISS!!
I'm sure I have no idea what you're talking about. :DWHAT A DAMN TIME FOR A CRITICAL MISS!!
F
Also good job keeping things entertaining both in and out of game lol.
WHAT A DAMN TIME FOR A CRITICAL MISS!!
Ah, so that's how it works (well, the disguise ranks thing was just misreading). Not sure how usable the extra saves ever will be in that case simply because of the limitation of both targeting an enemy and then needing enemies to cross multiple chains, but at least it's clearer.Anything can be an enemy, it's a purely personal perspective (whereas an ally is a two-way road).
If someone moves from a square occupied by one chain into a square occupied by the same chain, do they need to make multiple saves as normal? e.g. it works as a very effective charge deterrent.Yes, there would be a save per square.
If I wanted to scout I'd just summon a bunch of wolves or something. :rolleyes
*nudges the heck out of people*
...there's another vampire campaign? The other team.
Or do you mean another team?
(Been on a Bloodstained kick lately)
Isn't that for what knowledge is for, remembering facts? :P
...there's another vampire campaign? The other team.
Or do you mean another team?(Been on a Bloodstained kick lately)
So is that a sign it does live up to the hype?
Isn't that for what knowledge is for, remembering facts? :P
Hey, at least I'd know which knowledge I don't have is meant to cover who I've met. xD
I'm not sure how high the hype is. It feels exactly like Castlevania should feel, which is unsurprising because duh, same creator. It unfortunately feels a bit short (I'm about 12 hours in and nearly done with my first playthrough), but it hits all the right notes on the fun and gameplay department, which makes it all worthwhile to me.

Eeerr, Ketaro, you had already rolled your angel's knowledges, those were the results for the whole party. :psyduck
Or do you have some ability to allow to re-roll?
