Right? The detailed descriptions makes it really easy to imagine the world being described. I'm really pleased to have joined this game. I sure could learn a lot in terms of writing, and have lots of fun at the same time.

Yay! Everyone is IN!!

Yes, I had to go disappear into an alternate RL for a while, but that's done. Thanks to Ror for keeping you all up to date with my apologies.

I have just finished posting Ptolemaeus' play-in. It's a big read, a book chapter in itself with a lot of game-related info in it, which is why it took so long and was last. For various DM reasons I had to do it in one big gulp.

I also caught up with Halt, and Halfaz (also lots to fill in there). I heard from Sam; he may be posting soon.

Next I'll post to the Janis thread.

PS. Brutus Calverton said he would join us, but I haven't heard from him in a while, though I still do expect him. Renee also, but haven't heard from her in even longer, so I no longer expect her. You needn't be concerned about them; I'll deal with bringing them in if that occasion arises.

Hey, more news:

First, in general, to speed things up and make sure we're working from the same description please post a link inside a Spoiler, whenever using a named item or spell for the first time. After all, just plain Teleport may have 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 3.5, and 4th variations. Or if you're using something that is off-system, post a description inside the Spoiler. Or, feel free to just post that it's off-system and let me take it from there, if you don't want to bother with/get bogged down in system minutiae.

Second, I suggest you all keep up with the "With Janis" thread, since that's where the planning action is happening. You can assume that all party members will be briefed when they do join up with the rest of the party, about pretty much everything that has transpired prior to their joining up with the main thread, to save time and a lot of boring re-posting. You can also be thinking about your own Great Ideas to contribute to it! That way you'll be ready to jump right in.
