Tangao stands motionless and unconcerned. "I'm no front liner but I'll back someone up if they go in." Celahex says as ribbions of a dark blue smoke come out of no where forming into a fishermen's harpoon. "There's already a front liner in there." Mato points out as he charges in but he holds back a moment to check the scene once he gets up there. "Two more incoming!" he shouts out. Then he steps over the dead body and slices one with his sword.

Heironymous roars and throws himself into the hobgoblin on the left like a bowling ball.

Galen quickly moves in as well, not wanting to be outdone.  He attacks the creature with a quick jab to the midsection

Galen's jab at the Hobgoblin quickly eviscerates him however the one Heironymous charged shows remarkable strength and wrestles him to the side. Ronuta comes around the side and seeing no real way to reach the creature from this side she quickly darts between everyone. A sphere of unknown energy appears in her hand and she drives it into the Hobgoblin's back finishing it off.

The magic in them undone they fade to a colorless gray then to black before crumbling into sand which quickly slips between the cracks in the tiles. "We kick'ed their ass!" Hiess exclaims.

"Yes, good job. Now, let's make our way to the first obelisk." Heir heads East down the EE/FF hallway without waiting for any arguments.

The slew of people head towards the same spot within encountering anything.

The obelisk lives up to it's name. It's appears made out of sandstone and is decorated with various runes and pesdo-pictures. Two levers jut out from the side facing you and above and below them is words from all kinds of languages.

Heironymous adds the notes to the bottom of his "map" as a footnote. He adds the part in Common and translates the Dwarven into common also. He says "Can anyone else make out the other two parts?"

Hiess looks at Celahex impatiently. Dawning on him Celahex says, "What? I was trying to impress you with some pleasant sounding syllables. I don't actually know how to speak and read Elven." Narrowing her eyes, "I think Cela just volunteered to experiment with the assembly." "I think you mean voluntold." Celahex says as he rejects that idea.

"I can do it, it's fine." Ronuta says as she looks over the group to see if it's ok.

Rounta assumes it's fine and motions everyone down the hallway. As she turns to walk away she splits. Leaving her self standing there looking at the lever as another of her standing within her self turns away and walks out with the rest of you. She flips the lever and the sound of a dozen knives are drawn. The Rounta with you guys grimaces saying they were poisoned but quickly recovers her composure.

The sound of stone and stone grating fills the arena and so does the chorus of more Hobgoblins. Tangao heads to the first corner and peers around it, he calls be letting you know he sees nothing. Mato moves up to join him and so does Celahex.

Galens looks up at the mirror, trying to see what changed.  "A pathway opened up to one of the relics, lets go get it!"  He leads the way this time, keeping an eye out for more Hobgoblins.

The rest of the group moves up as Tangao motions for someone else to take point. Mato volunteers but doesn't see anything after fully rounding the curve. It's obvious from the sounds they are getting closer.

"We know where they are and there's nowhere for you all to hide so come on!" Galen says, annoyed with how careful the others are being.  He takes point trotting down the hall ready to punch some Hobgoblins.

Heironymous follows Galen's lead and moves in step with him, warding off attacks against Galen with wide sweeps of his weapon.

Hiess is as excited as always, "Let's cream them!" she screams as she comes up beside the front liners.

Galen runs around the corner and feels like something is close, he also hears the rattling of a chain. You hear one bark an order and the shuffling stops. Then you hear chanting of some sort...

Mato moves up to provide assistance carrying a sword that is on fire while Chelahex appears carrying a harpoon yet again. Tangao is no were to be seen and must be hanging back.

Galen rounds the corner and sees a Hobgoblin.

{Listed their exact locations so as you rounded the curve you do simply take your full action. The Hellhound hasn't been ID'ed by anyone yet and I should have used the phase mean looking dog, but all well :p}

Seeing a hobgoblin in front of him Galen changes direction, moving up to it and aiming a punch right in its face.
