Wow Perform Surgery is very underwhelming....CON bonus x level. That just sucks considering what we just changed med packs to multiple times a day. Since it is a statis DC for surgery, we should probably use something like CON Score is healed with each use of perform surgery. This makes it decent against med pack use and faster than full rests.

I was kicking around some recovery time rules after surgery but that would slow things down here.
Yeah, big thing for surgery is that it has multiple times per day usage, and is the only way to cure a condition track penalty. I had forgotten we'd changed med packs to multiple times per day.

You mention of spending a force point just brought me back to my F2F group. We were playing SWSE back on '07 or '08 and the groups Noble performed surgery on another character that was close to death. Failed and the damage killed the character, then failed the revive check. The patient burns a force point to stay alive. Noble fails again. player burns his last point to stay alive. Noble eventually succeeded and brought him back, but it would have been the first time a character died on the operating table if he had failed again though.

I don't think Kel needs more surgery, as he's only 1 HP short now.

Rest will take care of that. Sounds like that's what we are doing after surgery.

The question is, do you want to travel and approach the prison at night or during the day?

Well, with guides, I'd say under cover of night would be better.

That was so great Melblen, I loved the nursery rhyme angle and yes, that piece of gaming logic I've used for years, including the fancy saying. Thank you.  :D

I really Tempted Fate disarming myself like that. Or maybe it was Begging The Question. One of those tropes.

Hey, but you did not get immediately shot at. That's good  :)

No problem about rolling the attack  :) I've been sick the past few days, therefore not much time and energy to reply.

When I looked last night I thought for some silly reason that Rald was next or I would have had a post up for the researcher right away.

Well it appears IC is choosing to slap me with low rolls for this fight all around.

I would have thought you might try to deck her or wrestle away the blaster.

Well yes naturally, that would obviously be a good decision. But it wouldn't be in line with my decision-making since we entered the outpost, since I could just as easily holstered the blaster, removed the screen, picked up the gun again and then descended. But nooo, I had to make a flavour-text that disarmed me. So I figure why just not go all out?

(Real reason is that I simply didn't think about it, but that's not as fun to joke about  ;) )

I am thanks  :) I had a nasty cold and it turns out all I needed was a couple of days indoors.

Glad your better LB.

Shadow, It was a pretty tight fit. Holstering your blaster would have been problematic in the duct. So it makes sense you would leave it and have it handed down.

So presumably Corran received his blaster pistol but didn't have actions over to shoot it, since I postponed my round to go after Silten.  :smirk
