It is the land of splendor.
It is where ultimate fun is idealized.
It is the Thoon's nursery and Bahamut theme park.
After a moment of excruciating pain, you come out over a vast gulf clear waters, and you can see it contains all matter of ithilid aquatic life, from tiny schools of mind flayer tadpoles to leviathans with tentacles moving in the depths. The sky of Lunia, the lower layer of Celestia, is dark but filled with silvery stars bright enough to illuminate the Silver Sea where it runs up against the base of the mountain. The shore is dotted with citadels and redoubts of black metal of Thoon architecture, inside which you can see the masses of slaves laboring in a million different tasks for Thoon.
In a zone of the shore you can see a massive draconic skeleton as big as a small city, half on land and half on the sea, covered in bright lights of different colors and strange apparatus. In the distance you can spot tiny figures walking over the platinium bones, sliding over its spine and then jumping to the sea, before climbing up again.
Meanwhile in the air there's some pattroling gargantuan purple floating ships, seemingly made of a mixture of wood, metal and flesh. One of such patrols is passing just near the place you come out, and you can see it is escorted by winged celestials of different kinds holdings strange weapons, clearly of Thoon design. The celestials have holes in their heads, and where the brain should be is instead a glowing green goo, that seems to move with a life of its own.
The patrol notices your presence and the celestials start flying in a surrounding maneuver, pointing their strange weapons at you, while the ship slowly turns, and you can hear a powerful, dominating voice inside your head:
Halt in the name of Thoon! This is Thoon's restricted airspace! Show us your Thoon permission and prepare for a mental inspection from Thoon's agents!
Spot, listen and Knowledge checks, as well as any special senses you have please.
Or if you want to blast right away feel free to, the ship and celestials (10 of them) are roughly 200 feet away from you right now, and 30 feet away from each other.
Also I hope you can fly, otherwise you're gonna go down for a bath.
