I chose to have a snow leopard as my "pet" (instead of the viper), and added the warbeast template to it. It wound up being pretty strong... so I thought I'd run these stats by you to see if they are OK. I added one skill point for level up (to Hide), and changed its Weapon Finesse feat to Multiattack (since its Str is now equal to its Dex). I also bought some leather barding for him, and was planning on changing the racial bonus to hide while in tall grass to instead be when in snowy terrain, if that's OK. I didn't add the speed increase from warbeast to his climb speed (but am happy to if you want
).

*Warbeast snow leopards get racial bonuses to hide and move silently of +4, and spot and listen of +1. In snowy terrain, the hide bonus increases to +8. They also have racial bonuses of +8 on jump, climb, and balance checks, and can always choose to take 10 on climb.
And here is a new image for my character.
