In that case I shall be a cleric of the raven queen who eventually multis into eagle barbarian to fit the party theme.  I shall utter the shouted word "CRAW!" at random points.

At which point you will be tossed into jail for disturbing the peace

That seems a bit unreasonable. I mean, disturbing the peace is usually a fine. Though if disturbing the peace gets you jail time, I shudder to think what happens if you're caught doing typical thieves' guild stuff.

THE BOOK OF LAW IS MEANT TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE! BUT WHEN THAT BOOK READS OF INJUSTICE, THEN IT MUST BE TORN ASUNDER AND REWRITTEN!

In my campaign theres a forest where breaking the law means the local Ogre sodomizes you with a pine cone...

It's mighty crime free

I'd make it my character's goal to set it on fire using a Still Silent Deceptive Fireball to make it look like a bunch of beavers are burning it down.

Would it still count as sodomy?
