Can't. Once something is attuned there's no changing it aside from the feat.

Of what? There's no rules aside from the feat that let you change attunement...

Something like Normal: You cannot change the attuned ossien of a bone.

I like explicit clarifications, you know this.

Basically just see if there's anything that isn't thematically appropriate or if there's some other spells that should be added.

If there's any spells from other books that really suit, feel free to pull them in. It's mostly got spells from the druid list.

Why are these on the list?
Eh, everything looks fine.  You've got divinations, nature spells, cure/inflict spells, undead spells, and general buffs.

Word of Recall jumped out as somewhat odd
Astral Projection as well.

Could be on the list!
Acid Fog (PHb)
Acid Storm (SpC)
Animalistic Power (PHb2)
Animate Fire (SpC)
Animate Legion (HoB)
Animate Water (SpC)
Animate Wood (SpC)
Arc of Lightning (SpC)
Arcane Eye (PHb)
Arctic Haze (Frostburn)
Awaken, Mass (SpC)
Awaken Undead (SpC)
Ball Lightning (SpC)
Bestow Curse, Greater (SpC)
Blackrot (CM)
Blizzard (Frostburn)
Bones of the Earth (PhB2)
Boreal Wind (Frostburn)
Burning Blood (SpC)
Burst of Glacial Wrath (Dragon Magic)
Circle of Death (PHb)
Cloudburst (SpC)
Cloudkill (PHb)
Contagion, Mass (SpC)
Curse of Ill Fortune (SpC)
Death Ward, Mass (SpC)
Detect Undead (PHb)
Dream (PHb)
Dream Casting (SpC)
Dream Sight (SpC)
Energy Immunity (SpC)
Finger of Agony (Complete Mage)
Freezing Fog (SpC)
Harm (PHb)
Hide from Undead (PHb)
Hypothermia (SpC)
Incendiary Cloud (PHb)
Lightning Bolt (PHb)
Maddening Whispers (SpC)
Nightmare (PHb)
Plague of Undead (SpC)
Raise Dead (PHb)
Restoration, Mass (SpC)
Resurrection (PHb)
Revive Undead (SpC)
Solid Fog (PHb)
Speak with Dead (PHb)
Storm of Elemental Fury (SpC)
The Summon Undead line from Spell Compendium
The Vigor line from Spell Compendium
Whirlwind, Greater (SpC)

I know the entire list isn't appropriate but I decided to be thorough.

Astral Projection was meant to be the spirit-walking side of the osteomancer. Word of Recall was him being able to return to defend the village at will.

And looking through the list, I don't really see any that strike me as out of line. I'll work through adding them in to the appropriate levels.

Of course, this is where Osteomancy (like Ritual Magic), runs headlong into a thematic disconnect between it and Arhosa, namely undead. But there's nothing much I can do about it because I don't want to nerf this class for no reason.

You've got an undead focused prestige class, that's where all the undead spells came from.

Oh, I know. It's a class around bone. Kind of has to have undead in there somewhere. It's just one of those artefacts of me writing Rituals, PPF, and Osteomancy before Arhosa. Runes was started beforehand, but because it had so little done to it (and its themes), it doesn't really run into the same "Undead are religious" issues that the others do.

Alright, done the Osseins update. Don't think there's anything left for Osteomancy unless I missed something?
