Ohhhh, in that case I'd add some text to the ability, like so:
At 2nd level you can willingly lose your Dexterity Bonus to Armor Class at the beginning of your round as a Free Action, this counts as being denied your Dexterity Bonus to Armor Class.

Blue Sand Shaman
- Corrupt Vitality has a line break that should be removed.
- For Corrupt Vitality, an extra 5 hp is nothing. How about increasing your effective Charisma modifier by one for the purposes of how much you can heal? That will grant an extra 2xlevel hp per ability, much nicer but still a limited and easily managed amount. Healing is something there's never enough of in my opinion.
Ashen Sword
- If you're supposed to find stealthy guys you should have Spot and Listen on the skill list.
- Sword of Ash should remove the SoD language and instead say something like "or any opponent with the Death Attack ability or similar". Most spellcasters can do a Save or Die and that's obviously not what you're aiming at.
- Crown of Flame should have a cooldown period in rounds to match other Binder PrC abilities.
Rust Monster Herder
- The table for the Epic Companion feat is broken.
- The first level ability should state that the rust monsters/annihilators never try to eat your metal.
Savasmask
- Spot is a class skill, just give it Listen too.
Bugbear Terrorist
- Weapon Proficiencies should be at the top.
The People's Champion
- Disable Device is a class skill, it needs Search.
Whip of Khurgorbaeyeg
- First level ability should say that you can do non-lethal damage at no penalty (since that's what a whip normally does).
- The Master Calls should specify stacking rules (yes/no).
Goblin Hashishin
- Needs Search as a class skill.
- Is referenced as Goblin Jihadi in the first class ability.
- Master Assassin should have a save.
Bugbear Sergeant
- Special Auras should say what kind of aura they are for the purposes of what auras you can have up at a time.
Horned Berserker
- Weapon Proficiencies should be at the top.
