"You would be able to take on the cargo whenever you wished, I will even load it's location onto you datapad if you possess one." the droid answers.

Corran puts his hand on his pistol, resting on it but not pulling it. He stares at these poorly hidden people and speaks up with a clear voice.
"Either you're indiscreet bodyguards or you're awful assassins. Either way, you need to shape up."

Let´s hope they're the former.

Rald slides his datapad across the table, along with a small pouch of credits, hoping to get this resolved before the identity of the newcomers is resolved. His luck just isn't good enough for them to not be hostiles in his mind.

"Are you sure warning you about that attempt on you isn't worth cutting the price a little?"

Raising the volume of his vocabulator, he answers Corran," Ah yes, pay my guards no heed. Another hazard of my profession...lack of capable help.

"The price stands. Though I have another idea, come work for me. I have need of competent assistance these days. I come across information about the odd job here and there and ones such as yourselves may come in handy. If you each agree, I'll knock 200 credits each off the price for the cargo you seek." the droid counters.

The Khil turns his head to look at his two companions, raising an eyebrow as though to ask, "Well?".

"Splendid, I already have a task in mind." the droid explains as it removes to correct amount of credits,"I have calculated that the most likely destination for the cargo you seek is Alderaan, and I have a delivery that needs to be made to someone there." the droid then slides the pouch of credits back to Rald, somewhat lighter than before and continues, "I have a contact there that deals in rare beverages for the wealthy, she is looking for a case Whyren's Reserve." He pulls the data over and begins plugging in the information. 'I possess such a crate, and will pay you to deliver it. I have just inputted it's designation on your datapad. It resides in the same location as the cargo you seek. Just use this cargo scanner to find the number." He opens a drawer int he desk and pulls out the device sliding it and the datapad across the table. "Make the delivery and I will see that you have access to an account on Alderaan that I will transfer 500 credits to."

The sound of Blaster fire erupts outside the storage bay along with the porcine squeals of Gamorreans dying screams. The large door can be heard opening, though it is dark on the other side of it. You hear many footfalls on the metal deck plating of the floor rushing into the room.

You all hear a deep voice "DROID! You thought you could hide your dealings with the offworlder scum. I'm tired of not getting my cut, turn him to a scrap heap boys!"

A thought flashes through Corrans head just as his hand starts to move from a reflex, bringing his gun up to eye level.
Wonder if there is any bookie willing to bet against me guessing the big guy is the boss and that killing him will make his goons sad

He fires of a blaster bolt towards the large bulky creature.

Corran's blaster bolt burns into the bulky form. Which shrieks in response, "AayyDeeee..Save Me!!". You sudden attack has clearly wounded the alien.
