As title says.

First topic of discussion, the wayback machine doesn't seem to have any recordings, I only remember Aullara bringing a Wall of Force to cut down reinforcements and teleporting away from the goblin. Could the other players remember what they were doing and roll again?

Or if you prefer we can do a timeskip in which you cunningly escaped the rest of the enemy forces while moving closer to your next objective.

I can reroll my failed charge attack, no problem.

OR do the time skip.

OR EVEN start the encounter again, if needed.

If we continue this game where we left off, will we have to re-roll initiative? I feel like I used some sort of resource of mine to boost my check, but I could be wrong. Probably.

Glad I finally checked in...was waiting for an email notification that never seemed to come.

Personally it's been in such fits and starts that I'd say just skip ahead, and get some fresh momentum going.

Guys, I'm going to be away on a business trip with limited access to the board for around 1 month.

Osle, if you want you can NPC Tisiphone or even put someone else in this spot if 1 month is too long.

We waited over one month for Thistledown, I believe we can NPC Tisiphone for 1 month until you return no problem. :P

Alrighty I posted. Looks like we have another fight here with those sentinels, but it makes sense to take some time to reestablish our character dynamics with some rp, as well as discuss IC our plan of attack before we try and just barge in the front gate...

Venn, since we know that Risada is going to be away for a month, do we want to wait for him to come back and reply? Or should we NPCTis and he suggested and move forward.

Also interesting if she resurrects the spy...maybe Koroguma can find out what happened to Kagetora.

As a reminder, I was originally going to take the Leadership Feat, and Kagetora was going to be my main follower, one of the shadowy assassin rakshasas. However I decided I didn't really want to manage 2 characters/sheets so I passed on the Feat. Could still make for good story fodder though, as that is ostensibly Koroguma's whole reason for being here...

Are we resetting our daily resources, spells, etc? Because I have no idea what I'd used, and I'm guessing most of the others don't either...

Also, that Lake of Blood... if we swam in through the streams connecting to it, could that be a potential way into the city without having to pass through the heavily guarded gates?

We should probably have it NPC'd, but I just edited to allow for a response from Phaedrus's character instead so we can move on.

I should look over my character sheet before doing stuff... I forgot that I have multiple different potential sources of skill boosters and/or rerolls for knowledge checks...

Ah well, the spy guy is back alive. So he should be able to tell us.

Honestly, I'm sort of at a loss on how to approach the objective. Maybe... find a way to tunnel? Throw up a disguise? Cause a distraction somewhere else so we can sneak by without attracting too much attention? Find someone else inside the city who's not an enemy and who knows the city better and can help us?

Then, there are the guards  at the city entrance who must be dealt with once we decide how to approach, right?
