Seeing no enemies in range, and the flames roaring, Everyn moves south out of the building, and heads toward Anatos
(click to show/hide)
Double move action out of the building and toward Anatos as far as possible.

I know we are of the map but I should be able to charge down Upon Borm and bring my scythe to bear
(click to show/hide)
http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/3283550/
23 to hit 11 damage
and if the first hit does not drop him I will spend an action point to attack again which would most likely miss

Borm is gashed by the scythe but the follow up attack from Atanos was too wild and Borm barely escapes being cut in two.
Suff'a sees no new enemies coming up the back stairs in the quick glance he makes outside.
(click to show/hide)
I am giving you the quick glace out the door, normally utilizing it in this manor is a minor action in itself.

A dimly lit room of casks, bottles, crates, and sacks. No one is in the room.
(click to show/hide)
Opening the door is a minor action.
A cursory glance to see if anyone is in there I will let you go with a free action, if you want a more detailed view of the room. It will cost you a minor action.

Søffå shouts to the dwarf behind him:
"Help me stop these creatures from escaping!! Go around the other side!!"
He then runs around the upper floor to cut off the hobgoblin crossing the beam, knocking on doors as he passes.
(click to show/hide)
Free Action: Shout to Bhirm
Double Move: Run to C12
Free Action: Knock once each on doors at L9, L12, L13, K13, H13, E13, and C13 as I pass.

Suq moves to D4 and looks towards the top level to see if there is an enemy in sight
(click to show/hide)
ooc I really want to see what's in the room but considering the state of the building and the fact that it's me and Soffa versus the world I think my character wouldn't waste time looking for anything not readily visible. If I could have gotten to the door three rounds ago maybe

Now outside, Everyn looks around to see if any of the goblins/hobgoblins are in sight.
If he sees one, he will make an attack
(click to show/hide)
Standard action: cast magic missile
Attack roll=
Rolled 1d20+5
: 18 + 5, total 23
Damage (if applicable) =
Rolled 2d4+5
: 4, 2 + 5, total 11
If he doesn't see one, Everyn will gather with Anatos to discuss what just happened and make sure he is in one piece

It has occurred to me that I did not update the second floor map very well. Bhrim was at L6, Suff'a was at C12, and Dak was at A5. It also appears invisible castle is down. So for the time being use this sites dice roller and no modifying of posts if you do.
Bhrim follows the suggestion and rushes back around the way he had come. Seeing the fire engulf the stairwell on the floor below he shouts, "Yer got yerself nowhere to be running no yer durned goblin slime!"
(click to show/hide)
Double move back to E3.
At the top of the stairs the dimwitted goblin sees clearly what his opponent has pointed out and preferring to take his chances with the ground instead of the dangerous human and the crazy dwarf; he smashes the window and leaps for the ground.
(click to show/hide)
Standard to smash the window
Move to jump out of it.
Acrobatics Check to reduce damage from fall =
Rolled 1d20+3
: 5 + 3, total 8
Half result will reduce the damage.
Roll for falling damage
Rolled 1d10
: 3, total 3

Spoke with Atanos, who is having login issues. Posting the first part of his turn, below.
Atanos peers into the darkness, searching for the fleeing foe.
(click to show/hide)
Perception Check, search for Borm:
1d20+6 → [19,6] = (25)

Borm's Stealth Check =
11
In his haste to escape, Borm is making quite a racket in the darkness and Atanos easily determines his location ahead.
(click to show/hide)
Reminder....
1st rule of D&D.....
Don't split the party hehe. Especially the cleric running off on his own.
If we do split up I will shift Atanos and who ever joins him to a game thread B. So no worries.

One more update to end the turn for our password-challenged friend. Not sure exactly where Atanos is on the board - Hoping you can help us figure it out...
Atanos decides against running out alone into the darkness to follow the bumbling goblin - He turns back towards the heat of the burning tavern and peers into the doorway to see how his friends are faring....
(click to show/hide)
Standard Action: Used for perception check prior to detect goblin
Move Action: Move to the front of the doorway at E15
Minor Action: Look inside briefly for signs of life or movement

Suq
(click to show/hide)
You saw the gobling race around the upper floor and then briefly out of sight but to sound of glass smashing and what sounded like a muffled sack of potatoes hitting the ground outside tells you he likely went out the window.
You also see the hobgoblin that was climbing among the rafters escaping across the room through the blaze.
It's getting pretty hot in here...the several broken windows are adding air to help oxygenate the growing inferno consuming the already very dry wood of the inn.

Suq
Spotting the hobgoblin across the tap room, Suq calls upon his dark powers and unleashes a smoldering black bolt at the enemy but it manages to throw itself to the side as it sizzles past and hits the doorjamb scorching a hole.
Suq doesn't stay to watch the enemy escape and ducks out the back door.
(click to show/hide)
Standard = Eldritch Blast
12 vs Reflex
Move = Moves out the back door.
A number people have gathered around a well out back behind the inn to form a bucket brigade.
Granite
At a run the stubborn dwarf launches himself through the window after the escaping Goblin but does not see the escaping Dak.
(click to show/hide)
Move = Jump out the window.
Standard to look for Dak
6
Updated Action
(click to show/hide)
So I am dumb and forgot Granite is the one on the ground floor and Bhrim is on the second floor. So altered his actions quick. Sorry for any confusion
