Candy Box: the thread!

Candy Box: The game!
(hard mode)

Some notes & tips:
~Easter eggs for clicking on shit.
~Get the Life sword or the summon sword, not the fire sword. Summon sword is probably the best.
~Max lolli production (100/s) is at 17402 lp
~Use GMOOH potions to find the secret cow level and beat it. Your lolli production will increase to 300/s (it won't say so, but it does).
~Buying candies directly from the sorceress is a HUGE RIPOFF.
~Use the Wishing Well for lollies, but only when you've accumulated a huge number.
~The "get candies faster" algorithm is fibonacci, and costs #^2 x 10k

Anyone have any other strategies or fun things?

I'm not entirely sure, but I think it might limit you to 100hp.

What does eating candy or throwing it on the ground do, if anything?
How do you get more HP?
What is the point of this, exactly?

Gotta say, the 'artwork' and animations are pretty neat.

You get more HP by eating candy. Throwing it on the ground does nothing.

The point?  It's... a game?

Damn it this game.

Also, I do have to mention, some of the potions are a bitch to figure out (still haven't perfected the Turtle.)

What do you need for the summon sword, or the fire sword for that matter?  I had gotten the life sword, which only needs a healing potion once you can enchant ...

Fire sword takes a fire scroll, Summon sword (mine) takes an Imp Invocation scroll.

Anyone figured out how to make a Berserker potion?

Nope.  But I will say that the Life Sword is pretty crap.  You heal the sword's level in HP when you kill an enemy, so unless you get that level extremely high, it's practically useless.

http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=231360.150 is a thread I found while searching for more info about the game.

Berserker potions can't be made.

The equation to figure out max health is =100+(C^0.4)*2.1 where C is the number of candies eaten.

OK, so I beat the Dragon.

Fuck, Hell is hard.  Also, if you drop enough seeds, you might get Yggdrasil (which has 10,000 fucking hp)!

The delay time between adventures seems to be proportional to the fraction of health you lost, up to 200 seconds (ie: 200*(max hp - remaining hp)/max hp). I don't feel like combing through the javascript to confirm. Does this this seem to match what everyone else is getting?

The equation to figure out max health is =100+(C^0.4)*2.1 where C is the number of candies eaten.

So, every time you double your eaten candies, the amount of bonus health you gain (ie: health above 100) increased by ~32%.
To double your bonus health, you need to increase your candies eaten by a factor of ~5.66.

I read somewhere that *SOMETHING* happens when you throw 100k candies on the ground

I haven't had a problem making the turtle one ...

Put in 10,000 lollipops, then click Boil and wait until the message says BOILING !  Then you hit Mix for about 3-5 seconds, add another 10,000 lollipops, heat it until BOILING ! again, then stop, and pour into bottles.

I heard to go either the fire or summon sword. I'm kinda wishing I went summon. But I liked the idea of my dude running around with a flaming sword a little bit more than a necromancer/summoner hero.

And yes. I realise you can't see the difference (unless you go to the Inventory page!)
Do you know how long someone who is as sarcastic as I am would last in prison? Suuuuuuch a long time.

Damn Hell is kicking my ass. Anyone have suggestions? I got through the first layer of spiked wall once, and died on the second during cooldown.  Used i and k to just maneuver my way through the swarm as quickly as possible.

I'm rolling with a Lvl9 summon sword, and 423 life.

Life Sword heals you an amount equal to its level each combat round. Damage 14.
Fire Sword deals extra damage. Damage 16 + level/2, with a 1/3 chance of adding level*2 damage.
Summon sword has a chance of summoning things. I haven't found the formula yet. Most of the summons look more like distractions than heavy duty combat machines, but they'll beat up weaker foes and wear down enemies a bit. Damage 14.

It takes a rather ridiculous number of lolipops to buy upgrades (and I can't even imagine waiting for lolipops to unlock the computer; the javascript says it's measured in millions!).

Any suggestions on scrolls/potion usage to get past the Castle Gates? I've got a level 4 Summon Sword.
