so, I rewrote and added some more :

Nikora jumped from her hiding place among the statutes that lined the roof of the church. Her cold grey eyes locked on the rooftop below. She ran and leapt down, landing with a roll. While rising to her feet, Nikora found the outline of a trap door recessed into the roof. Moving next to it she knelt down and laid her right hand on the door. Closing her eyes in concentration her hand began to glow a soft blue and in her mind she could see the mechanism that made up the lock. With a smile forming on her soft lips she started to manipulate the pins in the lock. Easier than making a cocktail, she thought while moving her hand to the door’s handle and pulling up to reveal a ladder leading into darkness. She moved down the ladder making sure to pull the trap door closed and locking it. Once she got to the bottom of the ladder she found herself in a closet.

Opening the door revealed a bedroom. In the middle of the room was a large bed with a few pillows tossed about on it. Directly opposite from the bed was a dresser with a small jewelry box along with a picture on top. Slipping a bag from her back and tossing it on the bed, she said “Home sweet home.”

I definitely remember the turret gun, I'm the asshole who loves the turret gun!

I remember the farsight too. The only time farsight was allowed in my pvp matches was farsights only IIRC. It was an argument starter because you could kill someone from the other side of the level.

We always banned the farsight as well.

My favorite was the proximity pinball grenades.

It's all about covering a bot in remote or proximity mines and watching them run off towards someone else.....bahaha

Moshe was on his death bed and raised his head gently. "Mendel are you there?"

"Yes, Moshe, I am here."

A moment later Moshe said, "Izzi, are you there?"

His son, Izzi assured him he was by his side.

"Joshua," said the ailing Moshe, "Are you there?"

"I'm here poppa," said Joshua taking his hand. Moshe raised himself on his elbow,

"Then who the hell is minding the shop?"

Right. So anyway...

This past friday was my birthday, and last sunday was mother's day, so we decided to celebrate at our country home. And for us in the southern part of Brazil there's hardly better ways to celebrate than a barbecue. (You guys are probably familiar with how we do it.)

At some point, someone figured we had been BBQ'ing way too much meat and there was no way we could eat it all. So I gave them the idea to give our groundskeeper some. Since I gave the idea, I also volunteered to bring the meat.

From our home to the groundskeepers it's a little less than 500 meters, and then there's a slope for some 200 meters more. It's hardly a hike, but we're not exactly neighbors either. I was about halfway past when I saw the jaguar. It immediately growled at me, baring its teeth. And it started circling. Not a good sign.

I was too far from anywhere that would be able to help. The groundskeeper does have a gun, but I couldn't outrun a jaguar, and either way I'd have to go PAST it to get there. Plus it probably would go to where my family was, sensing the smell of meat.

So I figure. Sure, let's do this thing.

I took my shirt off and stared the jaguar down as I stretched a little. The big thing stopped dead in its tracks. I couldn't tell for sure, but it seemed sort of confused. Eventually, it stopped growling. But it did start walking towards me, albeit slowly. It leaned onto its front paws, which I thought meant it was about to pounce...

...and then lay down completely. And whimpered, looking at me.

I tore off a piece of meat and approached the jaguar. No reaction.

"Gimme paw."

To my surprise, the beast played along.

"Good kitty."

I fed it the meat, which it licked off my hand, gave its head a little scratch and went off on my way.

 :lmao :lmao

To be fair, I don't remember taking a level in Druid...

That's a hunter meme from WoW lol

Hey guys, remember the jaguar I mentioned a while back? I ran into it again.

Why did you run into a car again:P

I didn't have the context, so I legitimately thought Kuro ran into a large predatory feline and didn't even question it.

I still don't have context, and am still not convinced that there isn't a large predatory feline involved somewhere.

You guys seriously don't remember that there is a large predatory feline on the loose near my folks' country home?

II figured it was a jungle cat, but imaging you getting into an incident with a car twice was too funny to pass up

It is Kuro, so anything's possible.

I don't think I was fair to Vegas when I used them in my post...At least Vegas is willing to admit it's all gambling.....even if they include the odds of winning

https://www.engadget.com/2018/05/09/ea-loot-boxes-are-gambling-heres-more-loot-boxes/

EA cares not what you mortals think of loot boxes:

Electronic Arts will "push forward" with loot boxes in its future video games, despite admitting that "all loot boxes are gambling." Yeesh. In an investor's call, CEO Andrew Wilson said that EA has worked with "all the industry associations" and with regulators across the globe to establish that programs like FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) are not gambling.

How's that? According to him, it's because you're guaranteed a certain amount of items with each purchase. And because EA doesn't facilitate a way to sell the items for real-world money (like you would cash out chips at a casino) or assign a currency value to the FUT gear, it's acting within the law.

Which is fair. Before you pull the trigger on a FUT purchase, you know how many items are inside and their value. Same goes for gacha games like Fire Emblem Heroes -- you're aware of what the odds are before you drop any cash.

Wilson also said that EA actively works to shut down any sorts of illegal activity with regard to FUT sales.

With that in mind, EA will continue to offer whatever it's calling loot boxes for the foreseeable future. Wilson said that the company will "continue to push forward" with the items. "We're always thinking about our players," he said. "We're always thinking about how to deliver these types of experiences in a transparent, fun, fair and balanced way for our players. And we'll communicate with regulators around the world on it."

So EA is learning from Vegas?

Hahaha, nice try.  RE4 trumps even Skyrim!

Platform(s) GameCube, PlayStation 2, Microsoft Windows, Wii, Zeebo, iOS, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Android, PlayStation 4, Xbox One

What is a Zeebo? And there was a RE4 on android and iOS?

oh and for shits and giggles :  http://fortune.com/2017/08/01/venezuela-bolivar-world-of-warcraft-currency/
