In pursuit of both the enemy and the intrepid dwarf, Søffå briefly girds himself before making a running leap from the second story window, marking and bringing his sword to bear on his foe before collapsing to the ground in a painful, disheveled heap:
(click to show/hide)
Move Action: Run to Window at A5; leaping jump - Athletics Check to clear Window of 2 feet:
Athletics, High Jump, Leaping Charge Out of Window: 1d20+5 → [12,5] = (17) / 5 (from run) = 3 feet clearance
Minor Action: Mark Target - Aegis of Shielding (At-Will)
Standard Action: Charge Attack vs. AC (Booming Blade), completing leap from Window
Charge Attack at A5, Booming Blade: Attack Roll: 1d20+8; 1d8+6 → [9,8] = (17)
+ 1 for Charge = 18
Damage Roll: 1d20+8; 1d8+6 → [2,6] = (8)
Falling Damage: 1d10 → [5] = (5)

Dak throws himself to one side to avoid the falling human but still gets sliced by the descending blade. Runes of power glow about him and a rolling thunder begins to slowly build.
Gruxes quickly makes his way across the burning taproom and out the front door.
(click to show/hide)
Anyone still at the front door will see this hobgoblin exit.

Borm who sees that Atanos has spotted him quickly dashes off at a run as quickly as possible. Laughing at him all the way into the night...
"HAhahHahAHhAHHAHhaah!"
(click to show/hide)
Double moves at an all out run off the map and into the darkness. Moving him 16 squares. What would be B36 If I remembered to put a designation on the map.....Doh!
The night air is almost as hot as it was inside in the burning inn with just a slight warm breeze moving through bringing with it the cries and sounds of battle from other spots in town and the stench of burning wood and flesh. A thunderous roar echos from a distant spot in town and a moment later the sound of thunder. Even in the night sky you can tell by the smoke rising many fires have been set.

Sorry for the delayed response:
Everyn sees the hobgoblin to the west, focuses his energy on him, and casts Magic Missile, then moves around the building towards Anatos? (Green dot - I forget now)
(click to show/hide)
Attack Roll for Magic Missile (INTvREF):
Rolled 1d20
: 11, total 11
Damage Roll:
Rolled 2d4+5
: 4, 1 + 5, total 10
Move Action: Move 3 squares to the East, then 3 squares North
Feeling a bit isolated and alone, Everyn looks around for some friendly faces to rejoin

Caught unaware from the side as he is exiting the inn, the magical burst strikes and blows him from his feet.
Bhrim follows his zealous human friend out the window and lands next to the goblin.
(click to show/hide)
Using the action I basically posted before mistakenly. He took six damage from that fall when I rolled it before.
Dak begins to slip away and once far enough out of striking distance begins to run when the rolling thunderous sound that had been building finally bursts forth blasting all around the goblin.
BOOOM!
(click to show/hide)
Roll you Thunder damage Sk4mpE for booming blade

The goblin is bloodied by that.
Atanos

That darker red dot is Granite who just hopped out of the first floor window.

In preparation for my turn, can you advise Dak's current location on the map?

Suff'a
(click to show/hide)
That would help wouldn't it...
He shifted away from you and Bhrim, and moved off around the corner of the building to A22.So just out of your line of sight unless you move.

Granite moves to the rear of the building to begin to help with the forming bucket brigade at the well behind the inn, not spotting the escaping goblin.

"Where are you going - I am not finished with you yet!"
Søffå springs to his feet, and rounding the corner of the tavern, pursues his prey.
(click to show/hide)
Move Action: Stand from prone
Move Action: Walk to A21, adjacent to Dak
Let me know if I perceive some or all from my party, and/or the well/bucket brigade.

"Not done with ye either"
Bhrim snarls at the goblin as he gets up and runs off to catch up to the Suffa and his quarry, Dak the goblin. Charging in and bring his axe to bare but falling short.
(click to show/hide)
Posting Bhrim a bit out of sequence but I dont think this will interfere with Everyn's turn.
Move = Stand up
Standard = Charge attack =
9
Minor = marks Dak (overwriting Suffa's mark, but may get an attack of opportunity on him this way)

Dak begins to deftly step away from Bhrim and Suff'a but Bhrim brings his axe heavily down. Narrowly missing the goblin. The goblin begins to run away.
(click to show/hide)
Forgot a couple things for Bhrim here. He ran to charge so his attack should have been at an additional -5 for a total of 4. Forgot to add his WIS bonus to the attack of opportunity roll but it still did not hit.
Dak's Move = Shift
Standard move off at a run off the map 8 squares.
AoO roll -
11+3=14
