Does anyone remember...

... there was a thing a few years back where someone wished one of their friends happy birthday on Twitter for a couple of months, couching it in more and more dystopic terms.

Google turns up nothing, but I'm probably looking for the wrong thing.

I do... but I don't remember enough of it to help out with the Google search... It WAS hilarious for sure, though...

And I think the weirdest thing was that it wasn't even the person's birthday when the insanity started...

No, the weirdest part is that they ended it with an actual party, where he had to cosplay as himself.
