The dumbest part is that I spent a good hour mulling the rules over (while doing other stuff), trying to interpret them so that I ended up with a penalty, and then the dice come back...  :fu

I don't think we need to confirm crits. Natural 20s are automatic max damage. There seems to be something a little screwy with the rolls though. Korgan's crit confirmation and extra damage are the exact same rolls as the initial hit and damage rolls.
