Notes
- Disciplines available: Diamond Mind, Iron Heart, Stone Dragon, Tiger Claw, and White Raven
- Can recover all expended maneuvers with a single swift action, which must be immediately followed in the same round with a melee attack or using a standard action to do nothing else in the round (such as executing a quick, harmless flourish with your weapon). You cannot initiate a maneuver or change your stance while you are recovering your expended maneuvers, but you can remain in a stance in which you began your turn.
- Swift action to initiate any stance, stances remain active until another stance is initiated (even when not in combat).

Level 1
Moment of Perfect Mind (Diamond Mind) - As an immediate action when required to roll a Will save, roll a concentration check and use that in place of the Willsave.
Stone Bones (Stone Dragon) - As a standard action, make a melee attack. If it hits, gain DR 5/Adamantine for 1 round.
Level 2
*Action Before Thought (Diamond Mind) - As an immediate action when required to roll a Reflex save, roll a concentration check and use that in place of the Reflex save.
*Wall of Blades (Iron Heart) - As an immediate action when attacked, make a melee attack roll and use that or AC, whichever is higher.
Level 3
*Mind Over Body (Diamond Mind) - As an immediate action when required to roll a Fortitude save, roll a concentration check and use that in place of the Fortitude save.
*Iron Heart Surge (Iron Heart) - As a standard action, remove a spell/effect/other condition currently effecting you that has a duration of 1 or more rounds and end it. Gain +2 to attack until end of next turn.
