In our OSR (1E style) game, I got about half a village flailed and put in stocks  :P

basically all the family and associates of our hireling as well as the surviving hirelings :D

In the long run it would have been less troublesome to just pay taxes  :lol :lmao

Guy gets an "unbeatable" record in N64 Goldeneye(Streets on Agent, 1:12 seconds) and does a voice-over on his run, the hype is real

The saddest thing is, a recent discovery by the 007 community made it obsolete a few months later. 1:11 was confirmed possible and achieved, by getting a quick kill on a spawning guard, manipulating the game's RNG to make a second guard that normally does not spawn appear in a precise location, in order to get a second grenade launcher, which gives you 6 extra damage boosts.

The video is completely hilarious.

Also a quick note: Tool Assisted Speedruns of Streets(and many other levels) are not faster than what humans can do. 1:12 before the new strat was discovered was truly unbeatable, and now 1:11 is as well. One second is a really big deal in the Goldeneye community. It's one of the most optimized games in the entire speedrun community.

He kinda doesn't really explain WHY the destruction of the Death Star implies a massive amount of debt, though. Yeah, the Empire just lost an asset worth 193 sextillion dollars (don't get me started on the credits to dollars conversion ratio) but it's not like it owes a separate industry that money, since the Empire IS the industry.

I don't actually know French, but that's not really a problem.
