FLIGHT: A Raptoran gets Flight for no more than 10 minutes per day at L5.  Same thing with Dragonborn at L6.  (A Dragonborn Warforged can fly all day without fatigue due to the Warforged immunities.)

IGNORE INVISIBILITY or/and ILLUSIONS: The see the unseen invocation is available from L1 for Warlocks and possibly also Dragonfire Adepts.  A blindsight spell (Spell Compendium 32) offers 30' blindsight as a L3 Cleric and Druid spell.  Finally, the psionic true seeing power is also available as a L5 ability or character level 9.

IMMUNITY TO STUNNING: A Necropolitan, being Undead, is immune.

SNEAK ATTACKING THINGS: Vine strike (Druid1, Ranger1), golem strike (Sor/Wiz1), grave strike (Cleric1, Druid1)
