First, Daytime Walker. So... he must be soemthing that normally can't deal with the sun; let's say he’s a vampire. Vampires work. Or... nah, they’re overused. Let’s go with them being a Shade, like the Netherese Empire. I always liked Shades, anyways. Now, Aquatic Empathy... hm, okay. Well, Sakkors fell into the ocean, so if a Shade cleric was trapped down there, he would have to talk with them, or get destroyed by the Kraken, aquatic trolls, Sahaugin... yeah, I’m liking that. Now... shocking. Hm. Maybe not a cleric then, a theurge. On the one side, devout cleric of Shar, becomes a shade. On the other, a research-obsessed mage who has a great love for Lightning Bolt. Perfect.

Yes, I made a D&D character, not a superhero... but honestly, anyone above fifth level is a superhero already, and Shades are at least level 14. (10 from restriction, +4 LA.)

This power confers the ability to take on the aspect of a horrible creature of near-limitless power: the Quantum Devourer.  This being lurks in several dimensions beyond the usual 4, and can only enter physical reality by projecting its terrible essence onto human conduits.  A transformed Conduit becomes a many-armed figure of pure, black negation.  Its touch is anathema, tearing all matter and energy into its smalles constituent particles, and then absorbing them for sustenance.  The Devourer (and its aspects) can also release beams of pure energy, harnessed from the hearts of a billion dying suns which the Devourer has consumed.

Our superhero is a master at the pickup and is very skilled with his hands. 


I "played" a second time in a tab explosion to explore the site but before I started closing tabs I realized my next three were pretty awesome God-style too. Ability Intuition + Willpower Embodiment + Temporary Invincibility. Basically Sylar meets Green Lantern with an invincible failsafe for those tight pinches.
