and a sorcerer. I liked both. (I wanted some characters with high DPS.
If you wanted some DPS all you had to do was ask
I'm not sure what you have access to, presumably lv4 & PB32 by now, you could make a Human Sorcerer 4. Str 14, Con 16, Cha 18, rest 8s. Focus on Spellcraft & UMD for now. Take Maximize & Empower at level 1 then Quicken at lv3, Metamagic's simply consume Spell Points so you don't need higher level 'Slots' and they are totally free with Spell-like Abilities.
Assuming level 4, focus entirely on Air Savant. Take Shocking Grasp x3 and open your Character Sheet, click the tab to Enhancements, drag it to your hotbar, right click on it and turn all your Metamagic Feats on. For the rest of your AP Electrocution & Alternating Current x3, this will give you two lovely things. The first is up to +25 spellpower and the second is you have a 30% chance to generate 3sp, which is great given Shocking Hands costs 2sp. Take the Core ability (bottom row) once more and then Critical increase.
Your Spellpower should look like Spellcraft_Modifier (idk 7 or more after buffs), +20 (air cores), +12 (16ap spent in air), +42 (equipment: magnetism +42, it's ml4), +25 (electrocution), +150 (maximize), +75 (empower), plus you can add Guild/Potion bonuses on top of that so your shocking Grasp will deal (5d3+15)+331%, or about 140ish damage every four seconds without even denting your Spell Points. At level 6 you can take the 3rd Core Ability increasing the base damage to 6d3+18, and you'll obtain access to the SLA version of Electric Loop x3. It deals about the same damage (reflex halves), but strikes everyone nearby and makes them Save against being Dazed. You can take Heighten at level 6 and apply apply all your Metamagics to it. The net gain is a Spell usable once per five seconds that hits everything and probably deals like 180 damage at that point then most trash is rendered helpless while you "Touch" anything that survived and wait for the cooldown to be over. And we haven't even talking about the Spells that will actually drain your spell Points yet.
My 30th level Sorcerer is actually an Air Sav focused on Fire, will clickies I think he hits like 900 Spellpower with Scorching Ray (not even an SLA) dealing something a bit over a thousand damage per casting and it barely dents his Spell Points thanks to almost always gaining +13sp back. The main difference is Fire sucks against several Raid bosses (like all the devils), but Immolation gives you a free 20d6+Spellpower source of damage that ticks every two seconds while Air's Conduction only applies Vulnerability (target takes +20% more dmg) which I apply just by throwing a Shuriken while waiting on cooldowns.
Thanks to being offline for 8 months my sorcerer is unguilded for me to grab a screen shot. So here, have a picture of my lv28 Monk smacking a a training dummy and dealing over six thousand damage without even having all of his buffs applied.
