If casting a spell is silent, Elizabeth will take 5 rounds to cast Personal Ward. If not, she won't draw attention to herself by casting.

Either way, once her gun is reloaded, Elizabeth will call out "Who are you?", but she won't raise her gun at it.

If it looks like the trog fight is largely taken care of, she'll call out to the others: "Over here!"

If they're still fighting, she won't call out to them.

The others begin to come your way. The torch light reveals an impossibly tall old woman. At least you think it's a woman. When it moves, it's like the bones and muscles shift wrongly underneath the skin. Black blood dribbles from it's talons and mouth.

It smiles at you and quietly begins laughing.

Just English and Latin. She has Knowledge (Things Man was not Meant to Know) +12 in case that gives any insight into what the language she's hearing might be.
