As before Jones pulls the amulet from his pocket and begins whispering.  His whispering somehow becomes louder and seems to drown out all that you can hear until multiple roars erupt from the barn.

"Burn it.  If they could've come out into the sunlight they'd have done so."

Wilfred promtly stabs the torch into the chopped at area, then moves around the building, setting fire to every last corner so that nothing could escape.  If anyone wants to follow me, be my guest.

The howls gradually get much worse but subside as you keep the fires going.

"It would seem his neighbors adopted children or some other entity kept him trapped in the house in fear.  Poor fool.  If he'd made a run for it at the beginning of daylight he may have been able to make it far enough away to escape..."

"And speaking of escape we should be well enough away.  Not all of them may be in this barn, and there's at least one other creature nearby I'd like to keep well enough away from."

"Great Scott, what in the devil ARE you, Mr. Jones?"

Wilfred fumbles for his flask, and passes it around.

"Among other things. We should talk later Jones." Harry rubs his head; the howling had hurt it so. He wasn't sure what creature Jones referred to, but he was positive that he did not want to learn first hand.

Will nods at Jones. "There's an infinite amount of places I'd rather be right now than here, but..." he looks at Wilfred, "...what will you do? It's not safe for you to travel alone. But be aware that it's not safety we are looking for."

"I suspect it would be to everyone's advantage if you were to travel with us," Robert says, absently staring at the burning wreck of a barn for a moment before tearing his gaze away and shouldering his rifle. "And the sooner we start, so much the better."

Jimmy remains silent, looking into the flames as he listens to the howls.  He then looks to Jones.  "Let's go then."

"Plus, Wilfred provides alcohol, which I forgot. This is a good thing.

Other than that, I agree with Jimmy."

Eric heads for his horse.
