Title: Need Help Making a OP character

So I would like help making a very op character multiclassing at most 2 times to make it simple my current character level is 7 and I have 180k gp to spend. I was thinking either a TWF, Sorcerer, or a Kineticist Build but whatever you all suggest.

Of those three options, Sorcerer is the most potent.  And goes well with half dragon.  The question then would be what kind of Sorcerer would you want?  Dragon blood blaster?  Polymorphing melee caster?  Illusionist specializing in Shadow spells?  Inner Power Guide to Sorcerers (http://zenithgames.blogspot.com/2017/11/inner-power-guide-to-sorcerer.html) should be useful if you head that direction.

btw , the op's linked combat houserules don't effect  Tiers really at all.

Thank you for these wonderful blasts from the past.  The nice thing about senility is that it's just as hilarious the 2nd (or 43rd) time...
