Ashgar follows along, wondering if he'll get to punch more things.

You see 2 small and 1 large lizard like creatures with blue scales.  They seem to have drank the results of some spilled potions that have mixed on the floor.  They loook confused.  Also you'd swear they're quietly 'talking' to each other.

Are there any cages around to capture them?

OOC: if it's been three rounds, now, my wolves will pop back to whence they came (I'm guessing two rounds of combat and one round of snooping).

The smaller ones perhaps, the bigger one no.  There's a loud thumping upstairs suddenly.  The lizards look nervously towards the ceiling, and one begins fumbling with a window latch.  You're pretty sure they're looking to run.

There are stairs.  As the cage crashes next to them the larger lizard turns and puts it's forepaws up in a gesture strikingly similar to surrender.  The one fumbling with the window latch redoubles it's efforts.  The other small one spins quickly, makes odd shushing noises and looks towards the ceiling fearfully.

Your best guess is that there's a Pit Fiend upstairs or the reptile is heavily constipated and ready to blow.

They seem to realize you don't immediately intend to kill them.  Sneaking up the stairs goes well.  There's a whole lot of something going on behind the dooe you're listening at. but you arent sure what.

It sounds like furniture being moved and voices moaning or spitting random gibberish.

A large red reptilian creature and several animated objects cease dancing and turn to stare at you in stupefied surprise.  The reptile points at you and roars.  You have the option of shuting the door before rolling initiative.
