:lol That was one of the best gaming stories I ever heard/read.
I don't pee messages into the snow often , but when I do , it's in Cyrillic with Fake Viagra.  Stay frosty my friends.

It is only natural to be saddened when players die. After all, they are more than just people who have come to your game: they are also your friends. Even if they were strangers, I am sure people dropping dead mid-game is quite traumatic.

Although I have to ask, why are your Paranoia sessions so lethal? I mean, characters die as a matter of course, but your players should not. Maybe you should put less arsenic in their sodas? It is a common mistake, I know.

There are Paranoia sessions that aren't lethal?

DM is paranoid, he'd insist on reading it.

Which is why you hand him a copy of the Necronomicon instead.  After he's done reading he'll be nice and insane and perfect for running a game whose actions align the stars, opening up the black gate in the middle of rolling initiative and summoning my true form in all of its terrible illumination.  Shortly before your mortal shells peel back into open-gaped blossoms of meat and bone you will weep in my magnificence and realize the true spirit of Christmas.

Ho ho ho.

Are you able to write it in such a way that it is both non-specific enough that nothing in particular will jump out at him and yet specific enough that he won't be able to call bullshit when you whip some stuff out?
Also, if it is sufficient long, he won't be able to remember all of it (which will enable you to still re-write stuff as needed).
Using lots of meaningless double-speak might go a long way in helping you disguise shenanigans, as well as confuse the text enough that he can't possibly remember specific details.

My name is Fergus Henderson.  I am a 30 year old scotsman born in Dublin, causing my family to immigrate to America because the Irish were a bunch of bastards.

I am a professional miner, specifically I am a land surveyor and dynamiter who does the initial work.  Which is why I own a cache of 100 dynamite sticks (they're 2 bucks apiece in the 20s).  I also have taxidermy as a hobby.

Which has already started a running joke of my stuffing squirrels with unstable 1920's explosives.

"Do not smoke near the squirrel."

"Do not expose the squirrel to heat."

"Do not take the squirrel outside in a thunderstorm."

"Do not shake or drop the squirrel."

"Do not make loud noises or make sudden movements in the direction of the squirrel."

I'm pretty sure you just confirmed it.

You are so late to the party that your OS must be Win ME and you're still using an AOL dial up connection.

:D  :twitch ... I did think PhaedrusXY was a Spambot for quite some time.

While I don't totally think he's a spambot anymore, it's inconclusive.
