Only becausr The Dobald has taken his quickening.

If Trump doesn't become President, I would pay good money to see him star in a remake of Highlander, starring the rest of the GOP.  Because I could totally see it, and no amount of ham could make it worse than Highander 2.  Or The Source.
Mudada.

Here is a sacrificial lamb, Chris Christie trying his hardest not to become president.

As a resident of New Jersey, I am torn. Every time I hear something about the Christie campaign, I have this instinctive reaction of disgust, and just think, "he knows he can't win, right?" But then I also know that the more time he's campaigning, the less time he has to spend screwing up NJ (further).

Have we mentioned the new corruption scandal he's involved in?  With United Airlines bribing his port authority?

And I cannot believe he was elected to governor of NJ.  Then again, he probably campaigned differently there, and it was all a ruse...  I'm betting if he ran again right now he'd lose to a sack of potatoes getting only 25% of the vote.

Two of my friends have expressed interest in Trump as a viable candidate.  I...wow.  They even said "Trump before that socialist.  We don't need the government taking my money away from me and giving it to other people."

Someone should explain the entire concept of taxation to them.

Any scum bag can lie his way into office.  I can't believe he got RE-elected.  Ditto for Scott Walker and George W. Bush.

Or explain to them what happened to Trump's investors every time he declared bankruptcy and walked away unscathed.  They know that money didn't just magically get refunded to those he was indebted to when he went bankrupt, right?  It came from somewhere.  Trump literally took other peoples' money and gave it to himself!

Well, I didn't vote for him...

Convince them that Trump should run as an independent candidate.

Yesterday I decided to make a more productive use of my time by playing Recettear, but tuned in briefly during the last 15 minutes.

Donald Trump was talking about babies getting sucked into a horse or something, and I changed the channel.
