If you're building it as a gaming PC, I'd honestly do a little fiddling with the first build. You can get a i3-6100 + a GeForce 1060 for $249 for $375 vs the $370 i5 + 950, and you'll be far more future proofed from a gaming side of things.

And the i3 will run FO4? I'm going for school work/gaming

Here's benchmarks for a closely comparable chip (it's the less power hungry version). And generally with a slower GPU, so look for the ones labelled 770 GTX.

Basically, how performant the chip is when paired even with a slower GPU. The numbers for each of the games are presented in frames per second

so a year later and this is what I ended up getting:

Processor
AMD FX-6300 3.5 GHz
Processor Main Features
64 bit 6-Core Processor
Cache Per Processor
8 MB L3 Cache
Memory
8 GB DDR3 1600
Storage
1 TB HDD + 120 GB SSD
Optical Drive
24x DVD+-R/+-RW DUAL LAYER DRIVE
Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB GDDR5

It's allowed me to play Fo4 and I'm getting FPS of up to 100 on WoW,when I used to get below 20
