UAs, dx_0907 and beyond. The newest cheese?

So, they're UAs. But what are the best "no, we'd like a fun campaign. That's not allowed" builds that you can come up with?

All UAs, EE, PHB, DMG, MM1, and playtest pdfs available (mostly for beast listings in the playtests, even if they're high on Level/CR).

So, what's your broken/awesome?

More detail is good, but some stuff is obvious. Standard 5th array or point buy (5th buy) if needed to back the why's and how's. Race/class/multiclassing all available, but no extra training. Just the crunch.

The most broken. I reckon a cap of the standard 20 levels is decent, but breaking the system early is appreciated. Just so's we know.

Assume you have a DM that can read things in your favour, RAW, but doesn't move from the RAW.

I'd expect a lot of people to ban UA Ranger 1 / Rogue 3 dipping Fighters and any usage of repeated poison harvesting.

Otherwise you could just solo both Tiamat and Orcus in one round if they don't have any minion fodder in the way.

For all the whining about Aaracokra flying at level 1,
you can craft a Flying Broom at level 3 (afb wtf it's called).
bzzt --- I'm as borkny as a bird man now.  You are too.

Although it is a little  pricey at level 3, that's not a
problem if you sell your 1st rare consumable.

For a level 20 build, you're probably looking at something like fighter 11/assassin rogue 3/UA ranger 1/mystic 5
