Acrobatic FinesseAdd your Dexterity bonus to all Strength-based skill and ability checks and your Strength bonus to all Dexterity-based skill and ability checks.
Behind YouIf you successfully feint against an opponent, you may choose an ally within thirty feet of you or the opponent. The target is flat-footed against that ally just as if that ally had just successfully feinted. Additionally, allies that threaten an opponent you also threaten are considered flanking no matter position in relation to you. You do not gain this benefit unless you would normally be flanking.
Bonus FeatInstead of a Finesse, a true swashbuckler may choose a bonus feat from the following list. He must meet the prerequisites as normal in order to take the feat.
He may choose Improved Sunder, Improved Bull Rush, Combat Reflexes, weapon finesse, Improved trip, Improved Feint, Improved Disarm, Dodge, Mobility, Combat Expertise, Spring Attack, Power attack, or Quick Draw
Charming (Sp)Nothing can resist a true swashbuckler’s charm. At 19th level, he may expend four attacks of opportunity to cast charm monster as a standard action (Will save DC: half true swashbuckler level + Charisma modifier negates). A target that makes its save cannot be affected by the true swashbuckler’s charming ability for twenty-four hours.
If the true swashbuckler expends six attacks of opportunity for the round, he may use charming as a swift action.
Defend alliesPrerequisite: Parry class ability
You can parry an enemy's attack directed at an ally if you threaten the enemy and are adjacent to the ally
DeflectionPrerequisite: Parry class feature
Your skill at deflection is unmatched. Any targeted ability used against a true swashbuckler that requires an attack roll (including rays, touch attacks, ranged attacks, and special attacks) can be parried by him without inflicting any negative effect upon success.
Deft TacticianBy expending 2 attacks of opportunity for the round you may add your true swashbuckler level to your next bull rush, disarm, feint, sunder, or trip attempt. Additionally, when you aide another in combat, the extra AC or attack bonus you grant an ally is half your true swashbuckler level or +2 as normal, whichever is higher.
EvasionPrerequisite: True swashbuckler Level 2
As the Rogue ability.
Fast TalkerPrerequisite: Improved Feint
You may expend two attacks of opportunity to feint or intimidate as a free action.
Gentleman’s DuelYou can call out a sporting challenge to a creature within 30 feet as a standard starting at third level, designating it your rival. Any action your rival performs other than moving towards you or attempting to harm you specifically incites an attack of opportunity from you and all of your allies. Your rival also takes a penalty equal to your Charisma bonus on all skill checks, attack rolls, and ability checks.
If you have the Fast Talker Finesse, you may expend an attack of opportunity to issue a Gentleman's Duel as a swift action.
Give ChasePrerequisite: Flashy Footwork class ability
If an opponent you threaten attempts to move out of a threatened square, you may take a five-foot step as with the flashy footwork ability instead of making an attack of opportunity against the opponent even if it isn’t your turn.
Helping HandYou may expend an attack of opportunity for the round to aide another as a free action. Alternatively, you may expend an attack of opportunity for the round to lift an ally within your natural reach up from prone without inciting an attack of opportunity as a free action if their weight is less than your maximum load.
High GroundWhenever you stand on higher ground so that you would gain the corresponding bonus, you also gain a bonus to your attack rolls equal to half your true swashbuckler level. While on higher ground, you also deal an extra 1d6 precision damage per five levels to opponents you are higher than (minimum +1d6).
Improved EvasionPrerequisite: Evasion
As the rogue ability.
Improved Uncanny DodgePrerequisite: Uncanny Dodge
As the rogue ability.
LungeA true swashbuckler may expend an attack of opportunity as a free action in order to increase his reach with one-handed or light weapons by five feet until he resolves his next attack. He may not use this ability to gain more than an extra five feet of reach.
On Your FeetBy expending an attack of opportunity for the round, a true swashbuckler may stand up as a free action if he makes a DC 15 Tumble check; this incites an attack of opportunity as normal. If he succeeds on a DC 25 Tumble check, he incites no attacks of opportunities.
Razor FinesseYou may add your Dexterity modifier to all damage rolls made with one-handed or light weapons.
RipostePrerequisite: Parry class Feature
When a true swashbuckler successfully parries an opponent, that opponent incites an attack of opportunity.
Size Doesn’t MatterOpponents do not benefit from size bonuses to special attacks and intimidate attempts used against the true swashbuckler, and a true swashbuckler may trip opponents of any size.
Sly OpportunistPrerequisite: Combat Reflexes, True swashbuckler Level 5
Opponents that fall prone or are successfully disarmed while you threaten them incite an attack of opportunity from you. Additionally, if an ally threatens an opponent that you also threaten, you are considered to be flanking that opponent no matter your position in relation to your ally. Your ally does not receive this benefit unless they would normally be flanking.
Sure FeetPrerequisite: Tumble 5 ranks, Balance 5 ranks
You are not hindered by rough terrain; you may run, charge, balance, tumble, and take a five-foot step normally through even the must cluttered debris. If there is anything nearby that would be considered higher ground and grant you the corresponding bonus, you can stand and move atop it without any fear of falling.
Toss It BackA true swashbuckler may expend an attack of opportunity for the round to drink a potion or similar liquid as a free action without inciting an attack of opportunity. He may also expend an attack of opportunity to retrieve a potion or other small object from his pack as a free action without inciting an attack of opportunity.
Twisting ChargePrerequisite: true swashbuckler level 4
During a charge you may turn up to ninety degrees once per four levels without interrupting your charge.
Witty banter (Ex)A true swashbuckler is a man of charm, whether he looks it or not. A true swashbuckler adds his Intelligence bonus to Charisma-based skill and ability checks. Additionally, Intelligence is the skill that Saves are based upon, and the Gentleman's Duel class feature imposes an additional penalty to his rival equal to his Intelligence bonus.
