I'd advise changing the name too "The Dragon Descendant Handbook".
Please, call me Count :).

Suggestion: you can make a decent (not very monk themed) AoO build with warblade / stormguard warrior. Use a glaive, combat reflexes, high dex, ancient ancestor, power attack and stormguard warrior (channel the storm) to get a lot of AoO's, convert them to loads of damage. Warblade could be mentioned in the entry classes, stormguard warrior in the feats section.

Example build: monk 4 / warblade 1 / dragon descendant 10 / warblade +5 ;  Feats: power attack, combat reflexes, Dragontouched, Improved unarmed strike, Ironheart aura, carmendine monk, stormguard warrior, some feat choices open. Lots of variants are possible on this, monk 3 / warblade 1 / cleric 1 as base for some devotion feats and domain powers, or a level of crusader and thicket of blades for extra AoO's, etc. etc.

Besides the AoO trick above, it's a decent warrior (16 BaB), with some maneuvers and good defenses (at level 20: evasion / improved uncanny dodge, great base saves, DR 10 / cold iron, +5 natural AC, +5 on saves) and speed.

And to make things a bit clearer, in your build section:
Monk 3/Dragonfire Adept 1/Dragon Descendant 10/X 6 might better be described as: Monk 3/Dragonfire Adept 1/X 1/Dragon Descendant 10/X 5 (need 5 levels to fulfill the skill prereq)

Some of those class abilities are rather juicy.

Bloodlines + Uncanny Trickster + Legacy Champ work.
Do the frontloaded 3 bloodline levels, and you should
be able to qualify with a Conc skill class at "real" level 5 ... so
Monk 1 / major bloodline cheese 3 / Monk +2 / any Conc class 1
= ~semi early qualifying , then not necessarily in this order
DD 10 / UT 2+ / LC 2+ , maybe 2 more levels available.

Waz - Its a good build, but I have a preference for free feats through classes.  Also that citscape feat can lower skill prereqs and I just wanted a simple layout.

I wasn't sure if I should call this a handbook. Its more of a finger book or quick guide. Still need to add a link to homebrew or anything useful that others present.

I don't think bloodline get around the still mind requirement. Am I wrong?

The subtle ancestor ability is spectacularly poorly written, which is par for the course for WotC material.  That said, if you look at the sample character, they have dragon descendant 5 but their subtle ancestor ability still does 2d6 sneak attack, so I'm about 90% sure that the authors intended subtle ancestor to give a flat 2d6 sneak attack.

My stance and the RAW, is the reverse. All the other ancestors advance by level. None of them are flat.

Am I missing any other helpful material or links that will help you into DD20 goodness? How about layout or pics?
