I love the Inn-Fighting card game. I'm also disappointed Wizards never followed through on their promised converter, so I'm going to make the attempt here:
Alignment Inn-Fighting simplifies this to Good or Evil. If you're Evil you have the (Evil) descriptor.
HP HP is equal to one full hit die of your Class or Monster Type. For example if you are a Fighter, which has a d10, you have 10 HP. If you are a monster or a Humanoid with Racial Hit Dice, you use that instead. For example a Bear has 8 HP. If you have a positive Con Modifier this goes up by 1, if you have a negative Con Modifier this goes down by 1. HP has a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 11 so adjust for this.
Skill Base Skill is 10+. If you are Size Class Small lower this by 1, and if you are Size Class Large increase this by 1. If you have two different effects under Defense Dice increase this by +1. If your BAB is equal to HD lower this by 1. If your BAB is half your Hit Dice increase this by 1. Powers and/or Defense Die results allowing you to attack a second character add +1 (+2 if you can attack all characters). Powers and/or Defense Die results allowing you to steal VP add +1 (+2 if you can steal VP from everyone). Powers and/or Defense Die results allowing you to deny an opponent a Defense roll add +2. Specific Attacks or Defense may raise or lower Skill and will mention such. Powers and/or Defense Die results allowing you to steal a card from an opponent increase this by +1. Base skill has a minimum of 9+ and a maximum of 13+ so adjust for this.
Knockout VP This starts at 4 VP. I'm trying to balance them all out roughly equal. You may reduce VP to 3 by increasing skill by 1.
Note on Attacks: When minimum damage from Punch, Chair, and Power Attacks is added up it should not be less than 3 and no more than 7. Maximum damage should be no less than 8 and no more than 15.
