Are there any ways to bypass mind blank's detection? What about its immunities?

This thread should be might belong (not sure) in Ask a Question, but that won't stop me from answering.

If you're really into mind-affecting abilities and happen to be a psionic manifester, Shatter Mind Blank is pretty decent. It's only 5th level so it can be quickened or schismed easily at higher levels.

My main problem with shatter mind blank is how on earth do you know when to use it? (without meta-gaming in some way)

To put it simply, you detect thoughts and they have none.

Also, under transparency you may be able to duplicate Shatter Mind Blank with limited wish, if you're not Psionic.

Get Dreamscarred press stuff approved, and be a Devotary Psion (telepath)  at level 20, you can augment any telepathy power 6 points to make it bypass mindblank.

yeah, I know, not a great solution.
