This'll be a long one.
Got back to work last night. Got told I'll be getting paid my time off, but I have to be written up for safety violation. Whatever, saw that coming.
Learned H- has been busy.
We're supposed to write down when police are on and off site. Sheriff needed to talk to an employees family discreetly so snuck in through a back road connecting several factory properties. H- sees them leave, and freaks out calling the Sheriff's office demanding they tell him when they arrived.
Next day cop is in parking lot and pulls over a guard. there was an incident next door, and we share a lot with them, so he just wanted to know who she was and wtf she was doing there. H- freaks out and calls the cops again. That's right, he called the police on the police. Twice.
He's called the client contact multiple times over piddly stuff, telling her he can "no longer bring himself to trust or believe his supervisor".
He 'cancelled' patrols several nights due to thunderstorms (including patrols inside the factory) despite not having the authority to do so.
He deliberately told the new girl how to do stuff wrong.
He went around asking the guards to sign statements on how poorly the supervisor treats them (i.e. him).
Someone (most likely him) has already damaged the phone we use to scan dots.
He is now under investigation claiming the company is trying to fire him, saying he pulled a female into a restroom. Boss says no, he's under investigation because one of the cleaning ladies complained about site damage in the men's restroom, and he took her inside so she could show him said damage while male employees were using the facilities.
Boss also fell asleep after working four 12 hour days to help cover me, came in late, and H- wants him fired for missing work.
A client employee pulled me to the side and told me "If you see a white dodge ram, thats my dad and he's probably here to kill me."
Got a phone call screaming "There's a (racial slur for African Americans) taking pictures of the building!! You have to stop him!!"
No raccoons, but the ever present goose army was there to greet me.
