Character Help Requested: A Swordsage/Master Thrower

Hello there, my group and I have been trying to put our heads together to try to build a functional Swordsage/Master Thrower. The best we've come up with is Swordsage 4/Fighter 2/MT 5, with maneuvers and stances focused mainly in shadow hand and setting sun for added maneuverability. However, I'm sure that there is room for improvement (Not to mention we're at a loss what to do with the last 9 levels). Any help is appreciated.

Regular fighter, or targetteer fighter?  Go targetteer and you might get access to orc shotputs, if the build allows for using that weapon.

I'm not too knowledgeable about throwing stuff, but is there any synergy there with Hulking Hurler?

Hulking Hurler focuses 99% on Str. The problem is, many creatures with the proper Str focus have a medium+ ECL.

but level 11 could have potential, if you choose the right race. But I'd almost recommend dropping swordsage for this. Warblade might work better.

Also try to get Iaijustu Focus in there. Since it triggers after drawing a slashing melee weapon, combine it with daggers for some cheap extra damage.
