[3.5] Help finding source for Marshal of Battle

So I found Marshal of Battle alternative class variant on DnD tools while looking up stuff for a marshal dip. but I can't find the actual source book for it, anyone know what source/page it comes from?

I wouldn't say its that stronk, I spent hours trying to find it till I finally came up with the right combo of search terms to find it (use of quotes ftw) litterally right after I gave up and asked for help.

Sadly I can't play it out of Dragon as our house rule requires us to have the physical sourcebook. Trying to make myself a pirate captian for a stormwarck game, still probably going to dip Marshal for motivate Wis however.
