Gaming Advice / Creating "rare" metals

So, either I'm blind, and idiot, or aren't searching correctly, but what ways can you create a "rare" or "valuable" metal such as adamantine or obdurium with a spell? Everything I can find either has a very limited duration, or specifically calls out it can't be used for rare or valuable metals (including copper, which is retarded).
